Awesome Experience!
I booked this tour for my mother, who is a senior citizen, and myself. The company contacted me the day before to confirm my hotel and pick-up time. We were greeted warmly by Mr. Rien Horn and our friendly Tuk-Tuk driver and we were taken to pick up our Angkor Wat tickets. We were then providdd cold bottles of water and whisked away to the entrance of Angkor Wat. Horn was an exceptional tour guide! Not only was he knowledgeable about the history, architecture and cultural significance of Angkor Wat he also took time to show us where to get the best pictures and even acted as our photographer for several of them. Once we arrived to the second temple my mom decided to rest in the shade, due to the heat. Horn arranged for our driver to stay with my mom and went to get her a few more bottles of cold water. Overall I was highly satisfied with the tour and especially our tour guide Horn. I would definitely recommend this tour.

This trip was excellent. The guide...

This trip was excellent. The guide was extremely knowledgable, patient and kind to his older, much slower customer. His spoken and comprehension of English was brilliant. Make sure you take a hat and plenty of water as it is extremely hot out in the open. Our only problem seemed to be with getting confirmation of pick up times although this information was received late the evening before following emailed requests by us.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide was Mr Onn Leng. He was full of information. He knew his stuff and was able to fill us in on all things Cambodian - not only about Angkor Watt - which is a MUST SEE, if you're in Siem Reap, but about its rich history and culture.

Must give a shout out to our Tuk-Tuk driver who saw us safely to all the destinations.

Half-Day Angkor Tuk-Tuk Explorer Tour from Siem Reap: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Siem Reap.
How much does Half-Day Angkor Tuk-Tuk Explorer Tour from Siem Reap cost?
+
Prices start at $42 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Siem Reap usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Half-Day Angkor Tuk-Tuk Explorer Tour from Siem Reap take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Siem Reap is not rushed.
Is Half-Day Angkor Tuk-Tuk Explorer Tour from Siem Reap worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Siem Reap, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Half-Day Angkor Tuk-Tuk Explorer Tour from Siem Reap?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Half-Day Angkor Tuk-Tuk Explorer Tour from Siem Reap suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Half-Day Angkor Tuk-Tuk Explorer Tour from Siem Reap?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Siem Reap can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Siem Reap and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Half-Day Angkor Tuk-Tuk Explorer Tour from Siem Reap start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Siem Reap within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Siem Reap?
+
On Outty we rank every Siem Reap experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kampong Phluk Floating Village Tour by Boat, Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Tour with Guide from Siem Reap, Angkor Wat Sunrise & 3 Main Temples – Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Siem Reap?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Siem Reap?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Half-Day Angkor Tuk-Tuk Explorer Tour from Siem Reap?
+
Included: Hotel pickup and drop-off; Professional guide; and Mineral Water. Not included: Gratuities; Food and drinks; and Angkor temple pass. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
