Be Careful!! They will take your money and run.
Please take your time when booking through My Top Tour's website. They use predatory practices to grab your attention online, however their refund policies are not clearly stated and once your card has been charged the money is gone. They refused to provide even a partial refund, despite my request meeting their stated partial refund policy. They simply don't respond to communication. My Visa credit card was also unable to work through the issues.

My Top Tour disaster
My Top Tour tricks you into thinking you are on the official website for the Royal Palace in Madrid. Their information was unclear as to what the booking included. They are uncontactable if you have any queries. The expereince felt misleading and and a rip off _ I would avoid them at all costs.

MY TOP TOUR = TOP SCAMMERS
To avoid the line I booked a tour for 3:45 PM but the tickets, which cost at least double compared to the official site, only arrived after this time (3:51 PM, precisely) and for a visit at 4:30 PM (a time I definitely could not go because I had other commitments afterwards) and, therefore, I could not use the tickets. I asked the agency for a refund and they replied that everything was regular because the emails with the tickets had been regularly delivered to me and attached a screenshot of the sending which according to them shows the sending time as approximately 8:00 AM, which is completely false.

My Top Tour Royal Palace Scam
Avoid My Top Tours at all cost! This company uses official logo of Royal Palace so you think your are on official site, i never received tickets on time for scheduled tour with guide. after calling, sending emails several times. I asked to reschedule or reimbursement and received no response. I had to buy tickets at the Royal Palace in order to visit. My Top Tours is a total scam, avoid!!
Response from the operator: Hi, we’re sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that My Top Tour is not the official Royal Palace website, but a tourism company offering booking services, ticket management, customer support before and during the visit and access to our own digital audioguide, developed and updated by our team. Regarding the tickets and the scheduled guided tour you mention, we would need more information to verify what happened with your booking, the delivery of the tickets and your requests to reschedule or receive a refund. Please contact us through this form with your booking reference and the email used for the purchase so our team can review your case properly: https://www.mytoptour.org/contacto/ We understand your frustration, but calling us a scam is a very serious accusation. Our goal is to check the details of your reservation and provide a clear response. Best regards, Your My Top Tour team

SCAM My Top Tour fraudulent website / My top Tour sitio fraudulento
⚠️ Attention: My Top Tour fraudulent website A few days ago I bought 4 tickets for a total of 163 € to visit the Royal Palace of Madrid this summer. Unfortunately, I never received a confirmation or tickets. After verification, it is most likely a fraudulent site. However, the interface looks very professional and gives the impression of an official website, which makes deception particularly effective. I realized it far too late. As a precaution, I had to object to my credit card, without a money back guarantee. While doing more research, I found that on the official website, tickets for this summer are not even on sale yet, which confirms my doubts. I do not understand how this site can appear at the top of the search results, which can mislead many people. 👉 This type of site should be reported in order to avoid other people being trapped. Be very careful and always check that you are on the official website before paying. Me di cuenta demasiado is late.

Why this scores 32
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Guided Tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid in a Small Group: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.
How much does Guided Tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid in a Small Group cost?
+
Prices start at $1 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Guided Tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid in a Small Group take?
+
Plan for about 1.3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Madrid is not rushed.
Is Guided Tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid in a Small Group worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 32 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (1/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Guided Tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid in a Small Group?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Guided Tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid in a Small Group suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Guided Tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid in a Small Group?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 1.3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Guided Tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid in a Small Group start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Madrid?
+
On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Madrid?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Madrid?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
