    Disappointing

I was disappointed in the tour, there seemed to be a lot of confusion at the beginning. We arrived at 9.45 as instructed. Our tour was to start at 10, at 10.15 a woman called out "English tour" She began giving us some information about the mosque and then said" here is your guide " and he took over. He was really good his English was excellent and he was easy to understand. The biggest problem was the size of the group. It looked like about 50 people it was a bit difficult to hear him and there were so many groups in the mosque it was hard to follow him and we lost him at one stage. Very disappointing experience Ann Gaunt

Good but not satisfied at all

The guide Amid was very professional, kind and we loved so much the tour. We didn't like that the time of the visit has been changed only the day before when we had to arrive to Casablanca by train so we had to discuss with the guardian at the main entrance and than run to reach the group in the Moschee 15 min later

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your valuable feedback! We’re truly delighted to hear that you loved the tour and that Amid made a positive impression with his professionalism and kindness. We will be sure to share your kind words with him. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the last-minute change of the visit time. We fully understand how stressful this must have been, especially with your arrival by train and the difficulty you experienced at the entrance. This is not the level of organization we aim to provide. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are currently reviewing this situation internally to improve our communication and ensure better coordination in the future. Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a flawless experience next time.

    Having a friendly and...

Having a friendly and knowledgable Guide was so helpful and best way to do get the history of this incredible mosque.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your kind feedback. We’re very pleased to hear that having a friendly and knowledgeable guide made such a difference during your visit. Understanding the history of the Hassan II Mosque truly adds depth to the experience, and we’re glad it helped you appreciate this incredible site even more. We hope to welcome you again for more cultural discoveries in Morocco.

    Our tour guide, an older...

Our tour guide, an older man with vision issues and therefore physically guided by a younger man, spoke excellent English, was very knowledgeable, and shared a great deal of info. The tour is definitely worth it. Note: we booked this tour online and were told to meet the guide at the Mosque at the appointed time, and that the guide would email us, supposedly to inform us of the specific spot to meet. We never rec’d a message, so started approaching English speaking tour guides who were arriving at the site with small groups, who had presumably been doing city walking tours up to this point. One of these guides told us “wait your guide will be here in 3-4 min. That did not happen, but fortunately he came back outside and told us we were to join his group. Everything worked out in the end, but the process was not as simple as other similar tours we have booked over the years in different countries.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re delighted to hear that your guide provided such an informative and engaging tour of the Hassan II Mosque. His knowledge and communication skills truly reflect the experience we want every guest to enjoy. We sincerely apologize for the confusion at the meeting point and the lack of prior email communication. This has been addressed internally to ensure future guests receive precise instructions and contact details well before the tour. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re glad everything worked out in the end. Your comments help us continue improving coordination and service quality for future travelers.

I paid for 2 hours but...

I paid for 2 hours but only had 1 hour with the guide - after that you were free to wander. Wondering if it’s better to get a 1 hour ticket. Also it was a very large group so hard to hear the guide.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the tour duration and group size did not meet your expectations. The Hassan II Mosque tours are managed directly by the mosque administration, and the guided portion typically lasts around one hour, after which guests may explore freely on their own. We understand how large groups can make it difficult to hear clearly, and we’ll pass your feedback along to help improve coordination and communication for future visitors. We truly appreciate your input and hope to welcome you again for a smoother, more personalized experience.

How much does Guided tour mosque hassan2, ticket included, skip the line cost?

    +

Prices start at $24 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Casablanca usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Guided tour mosque hassan2, ticket included, skip the line take?

Is Guided tour mosque hassan2, ticket included, skip the line worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 94 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Casablanca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Guided tour mosque hassan2, ticket included, skip the line?

    +

Around 33 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Casablanca and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Casablanca?

On Outty we rank every Casablanca experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Casablanca Hassan II Mosque and City Highlights Tour, Casablanca Half-day Guided Tour with Hassan II mosque ticket, Private Guided Tour of Casablanca Including Mosque Entrance. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Casablanca?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Casablanca?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
