    Fraudulent company, scam

Paid for a full tour but informed at 23:30 the night before the 08:00 start that they didn't have tickets, but didn't give a refund. No contact or answer from the company. A scam company, and total frauds.

Do not book – This Tour Company Is a Scam

I strongly advise everyone not to trust this tour company. They sell tickets for tours that are actually already sold out, placing customers in what is essentially a hidden waiting list without being transparent about it. Then, if they fail to secure the tickets, they notify you the evening before the tour with completely unfounded excuses. In my case, they told us: “Due to the strong wind storm affecting Granada, the Alhambra Trust/Patronato has restricted access to the monument in order to ensure visitors’ safety. We are currently awaiting the mandatory early-morning inspection by the technical team to confirm that the site is 100% safe.” The next morning, we went directly to Alhambra in Granada anyway, and we were informed on site that there was no weather alert at all and that visits were operating completely normally. There were no restrictions and no inspections taking place. At that point, it became impossible to contact the agency. They stopped answering the phone and provided no assistance whatsoever. We were left without tickets, without support, and without any real explanation. This is extremely unprofessional behavior and, in my experience, feels like a deliberate scam practice. Do not rely on them for your trip.

    Best tour.

One of the best conducted tour that I have undertaken. On our tour day the temperature was very high. Emilio, our tour guide maintained a very good balance between the pace of the tour and providing rest opportunities as the group consisted of various age groups. His knowledge of Alhambra's history and his explanation of various questions put to him was exceptional.

    Great palace, even better tour

We were fools who didn't book ahead of time so we're very happy when we were able to get in with the tour, even happier to find out the tour was the best part of it! Emilio had answers to every question you threw at him. He pointed out details you'd otherwise miss and added history and knowledge that made you appreciate what you saw even more. Bonus was he also knew all the good photo spots and had great tapas recommendations!! Would really recommend.

Emilio! Best guided tour I’ve done

We did this trip on a hot day but our lovely guide Emilio took as on a great path to see the best of the Alhambra with breaks in the shade. Emilio was very charming and had wonderful information on all aspects of the tour and very happy to answer any questions we had. The tour also felt personal as Emilio is a local and a his love for Alhambra is abundant! Highly recommend :)

Guided Tour Alhambra, Generalife and Alcazaba without Nasrid Palaces: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Granada.

How much does Guided Tour Alhambra, Generalife and Alcazaba without Nasrid Palaces cost?

    +

Prices start at $44 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Granada usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Guided Tour Alhambra, Generalife and Alcazaba without Nasrid Palaces take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Granada is not rushed.

Is Guided Tour Alhambra, Generalife and Alcazaba without Nasrid Palaces worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Granada, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Guided Tour Alhambra, Generalife and Alcazaba without Nasrid Palaces?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Guided Tour Alhambra, Generalife and Alcazaba without Nasrid Palaces suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Guided Tour Alhambra, Generalife and Alcazaba without Nasrid Palaces?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Granada can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Granada and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Guided Tour Alhambra, Generalife and Alcazaba without Nasrid Palaces start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Granada within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Granada?

    +

On Outty we rank every Granada experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include From Granada: Sierra Nevada Safari tour up to 2500 meters high, Granada Tapas and Wine Small Group Tour, Granada: Albaicin and Sacromonte Segway Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Granada?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Granada?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
