Very disappointed, it is not specified how many stairs are involved in this visit, making it challenging to do with anyone who struggles walking such as the elderly or young children, should be disclosed that it is not suitable for certain groups.

Initially, the meeting was at 8:00 AM in front of the hotel; he arrived at 8:10, not in front of the hotel as the excursion coordinator indicated. The cathedral guide, Esteban, was super nice. As for the departure guide, JAIME, it was pitiful; on the return, we had a meeting at 4:30 PM, and I waited for him since 4:15 PM in front of the cathedral, but he never showed up. I had to contact CITYEXPERIENCE; the customer service representative informed me that they did not wait for me. This is unacceptable.
