    Awesome day! Highly recommend!

We had the best time with Kyle our tour guide. He was very informative and helped us feel very comfortable. We have never ridden E-bikes & had to pull kayak behind them to get to the drop spot in Kailua.-approx a mile. It was actually very easy and fun. We also have never been on kayaks in the ocean. Surprisingly it was a lot easier than expected. It was a beautiful day & waves were calm. The waves got a little larger coming back, but as long as you cut them in half they were no problem at all. Our intent was to explore the mokes, however a baby monk seal was just born, so the mother and it were both on the island. DLNR was there to ensure nobody came close to protect them so we saw them from afar and worked our way back to Lanikai for some snorkeling. Kyle brought some water and granola bars for a snack for us. Saw beautiful fish. Sadly got stung by a jellyfish Manowar. But that could happen anywhere… When we got back to the shop Kyle treated us with his favorite island snacks which included fresh poke, seaweed, sweet white pineapple, and drinks. Would highly recommend doing this tour and would definitely come back and do it again! 10 out of 10!

    What an Adventure!

Me and my three adult kids 18-24 had an amazing time! Kyle and Ethan were so accommodating with fresh pineapple when we arrived, drinks and snacks, and even Poke bowls on the island. This was a full day of adventure - ebikes were a blast, we snorkeled off Lanikai Beach and at the island. Water and views were spectacular. We saw lots of fish and turtles and even one sleeping at base of the reef right below us. We hiked along the island to Kyle's favorite place and came back exhausted after a full day. Highly recommend for active families or group of friends.

Fabulous day and our favorite activity on our trip!

Our family was visiting Kauai and Oahu, and the consensus was this was our favorite activity! Kyle and Jacks were amazing guides. The experience went beyond our expectations. We e-biked through town to the beach, kayaked to the Mokulua Islands, hiked on one of the islands, took a dip in the "Queen's bath," snorkeled where we saw one of the largest turtles we've ever seen, and then kayaked back. Afterwards we were treated to delicious poke bowls and fresh pineapple. Truly an unforgettable experience! We highly recommend Active Oahu tours!

    Kayak and Snorkel Adventure

What a fantastic and fun experience. The tour team were super friendly and provided us with interesting information plus refreshments and lunch. The e-bikes were high quality and the short ride to the beach was enjoyable. The bird sanctuary and walk were unique. The kayaking was great plus I learned how to snorkel for the first time ever - wow - got to see a turtle swim by me. The views all around us were stunning. I have been on numerous past tours and would highly recommend this day out. Thank you!

Guided E-Bike and Kayak Tour to Mokulua Islands in Kailua, Oahu: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Oahu.

How much does Guided E-Bike and Kayak Tour to Mokulua Islands in Kailua, Oahu cost?

    +

Prices start at $285 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Oahu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Guided E-Bike and Kayak Tour to Mokulua Islands in Kailua, Oahu take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Oahu is not rushed.

Is Guided E-Bike and Kayak Tour to Mokulua Islands in Kailua, Oahu worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Oahu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Guided E-Bike and Kayak Tour to Mokulua Islands in Kailua, Oahu?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Guided E-Bike and Kayak Tour to Mokulua Islands in Kailua, Oahu suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Guided E-Bike and Kayak Tour to Mokulua Islands in Kailua, Oahu?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Oahu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Oahu and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Guided E-Bike and Kayak Tour to Mokulua Islands in Kailua, Oahu start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Oahu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Oahu?

    +

On Outty we rank every Oahu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Oahu: Full or Half Day Grand Circle Island Tour, Oahu Small-Group Circle Island Tour with Turtle Snorkeling, Pearl Harbor Remembered Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Oahu?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Oahu?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
