    Great tour guide!

If you book with Viator, the bike tour operator will charge you a ‘$5.00 tax per person for going through Viator’, which is where I learned of the tour. Unfortunate that I did not see that when booking through Viator. .

Response from the operator: Nancy, thank you so much for the 5 star review and for joining us on the tour! We’re very happy to hear you enjoyed the experience and our guide. Regarding the sales tax, it is noted in the booking details that tax is not included in the listed Viator price, but we completely understand how that can sometimes be overlooked during the reservation process. We truly appreciate you bringing it up. We’re grateful you chose to explore Naples with us and hope to welcome you back again on your next visit! Cody

    I thought that it was...

I thought that it was strictly a bicycle tour. Three types of vehicles wasn’t advertised. Too many kids, too many people 14 to get proper value. Immediately charged with a $5 tax surcharge. We Started 15-20 minutes late. Not even a complimentary bottle of water. Wouldn’t recommend Positives: Diego (guide) was very nice. Tipped him for his personal attributes.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very glad to hear that Diego made a positive impression we truly appreciate you recognizing him. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations. During peak season in Naples, group sizes can be larger than usual, and we do our best to accommodate everyone while keeping the experience safe and enjoyable. We apologize if it felt more crowded than anticipated or if the start time was delayed. Regarding the sales tax, it is noted in the booking details that tax is not included in the listed price, but we understand that this can sometimes be overlooked and we’re happy to review that with you directly. I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to speak with you personally and make this right. Please feel free to call me directly at 239-317-9558 and ask for Cody. Let me know it’s regarding your bicycle tour, and I’ll be happy to take care of you. Thank you again for your feedback we truly value it. Cody

Biking tour of Naples and Port Royal

Jay took us around Naples for 1.5 hours, including both the dock and the pier (or what's left of it), some of the streets with shops, and many residential streets to look at the houses. We got a work-out on our bicycles, learned a lot, and always felt safe. Then rewarded ourselves with dinner at one of the Tin City restaurants!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for joining us! We’re so glad you had such a great time exploring beautiful Naples, Florida with Jay as your guide. It sounds like you got the perfect mix of sightseeing from the Naples Pier and docks to the charming shopping streets and scenic neighborhoods. We’re happy to hear you felt safe and enjoyed the ride, and finishing the tour with dinner at Tin City is the perfect way to wrap up the day! We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to see you again soon for another fun adventure. Thank you, Electric Moped Tours Naples Florida

Guided Bicycle Tour of Downtown Naples Florida: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naples.

How much does Guided Bicycle Tour of Downtown Naples Florida cost?

    +

Prices start at $55 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naples usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Guided Bicycle Tour of Downtown Naples Florida take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naples is not rushed.

Is Guided Bicycle Tour of Downtown Naples Florida worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Guided Bicycle Tour of Downtown Naples Florida?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Guided Bicycle Tour of Downtown Naples Florida suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Guided Bicycle Tour of Downtown Naples Florida?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Guided Bicycle Tour of Downtown Naples Florida start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naples within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Naples?

    +

Naples is the launch point for Everglades airboat rides and Ten Thousand Islands boat tours, along with shelling trips, sunset sails off the pier and small-group food walks downtown. On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Marco Island and Naples Pedal or Paddle Kayak Tour, Mangrove Tunnels & Mudflats Kayak Tour - Local Biologist Guides, Manatees and Mangrove Tunnels Small Group Kayak Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Naples?

    +

November to April, the dry season with the best wildlife viewing. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Naples?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
