Be sure to arrive hungry...
Be sure to arrive hungry and ready for a fun afternoon and some tasty offerings. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable as well as entertaining. She injected interesting tidbits of Fort Collins history as we walked from one eatery to the next. I have enthusiastically recommended the Old Town Food Tour to several close friends and look forward to taking this tour again.

Great local tour for both food and history
Tricia was an outstanding host for this food tour. All of the food was outstanding and the snippets of history that she gave around town were really interesting. All of the restaurants were genuinely welcoming and we even got to chat with one of the chefs. For older participants it is not too much walking, plenty of chances for water and sit down. No elevation.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for joining us and for sharing this thoughtful review. We’re delighted to hear that Tricia made your experience memorable—her mix of hospitality, local history, and genuine enthusiasm is a big part of what makes our tours special. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed each stop and felt welcomed by our restaurant partners, and we’re especially glad the pacing, seating, and accessibility worked well for your group. We design the route to be comfortable for guests of all ages, with plenty of chances to rest, hydrate, and take in the charm of Old Town. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to host you again soon for another delicious afternoon in Fort Collins.

This was such a fun tour....
This was such a fun tour. It was our first food tour and we wondered if it was silly to do in our home area. Turns out it was a great way to be introduced to a variety of restaurants that have been here awhile and ones that now we want to go back to! Tricia was a great host - knowledgeable about the area, and obviously has a great relationship with the restaurant owners to provide a unique experience. Definitely recommend!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for joining us and for sharing this wonderful feedback. We love hearing when locals take the tour. It's one of the best ways to rediscover Old Town and get introduced to spots you may not have tried yet. I’m thrilled to know you found new favorites to return to. Tricia will be delighted to hear your kind words. Her relationships with our restaurant partners and her passion for Fort Collins truly help make each tour feel personal and welcoming. We’re grateful for your recommendation and hope to see you on another adventure soon!

Guided 3-Hour Fort Collins Old Town Food Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Fort Collins.
How much does Guided 3-Hour Fort Collins Old Town Food Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $85 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Fort Collins usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Guided 3-Hour Fort Collins Old Town Food Tour take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Fort Collins is not rushed.
Is Guided 3-Hour Fort Collins Old Town Food Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 84 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 101 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Fort Collins, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Guided 3-Hour Fort Collins Old Town Food Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Guided 3-Hour Fort Collins Old Town Food Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Guided 3-Hour Fort Collins Old Town Food Tour?
+
Around 35 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Fort Collins can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Fort Collins and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Fort Collins within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

Outty ranks every bookable tour and activity in Fort Collins by rating quality, review depth, booking demand and value, so you can see the standouts before you book. When is the best time to visit Fort Collins?
+
Spring and fall bring the best weather and lighter crowds in Fort Collins, while summer has the widest choice of tours and evening activities. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Fort Collins?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
