Lots of Wildlife and Informative Gide

Joe was the most friendly and informative tour guide. We saw tons of wildlife and beautiful scenery (and avoided the crowds). Highly recommend this tour and Joe as your guide! Great for a family with kids too!

Response from the operator: Thanks Kevin, I'll pass on your kind words to Joe. I hope the rest of your stay in Jackson was as enjoyable. Cheers Liam

    Enjoyable

Guide was excellent, very personal& engaging. Unfortunately, we only saw bison & deer. It may have been due to the weather or smoke .

Response from the operator: Thanks Janelle. The wildlife viewings have been running hot and cold this week. I'm sorry you caught us on a slow day. I hope the smoke/haze didn't detract from the rest of your time in Jackson. Thanks Liam

    Amazing Wildlife Tour

Liam and his team did an amazing job on our tour! We saw an Osprey and her chicks, a herd of Bison and their babies. We also saw Brno, the male Grizzly. Then we had a great picnic and then saw a female Grizzly and her 2 cubs. On the way back we saw a herd of Elk. This is our second year booking them and will definitely do it again next year, these guys are awesome and very knowledgeable! Kari and Matt Texas

Response from the operator: Kari and Matt, That was great tour: Right down to there being no mosquitoes by the lake to ruin your charcuterie board picnic! We will be glad to have you back next year. As we said changing it up to September when the elk are bugling, the bears are feasting on berries and the fall colors coming in would be a great plan. I'm not sure we can repeat a 2 grizzly sightings tour at the end of July again. Cheers Liam

    Our guide Liam was very...

Our guide Liam was very knowledgeable and our kids loved seeing all the animals. Would definitely recommend!

Response from the operator: Thanks Scott, I had fun with you and your family and chatting about the tourism business. Sorry, we missed the grizzly, but I hope the close encounter with the road-side elk was equally impactful for the kids. Cheers Liam Cheers Liam

Grand Teton National Park Private Wildlife Safari - Dawn/Dusk: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Jackson.

How much does Grand Teton National Park Private Wildlife Safari - Dawn/Dusk cost?

    +

Prices start at $325 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Jackson usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Grand Teton National Park Private Wildlife Safari - Dawn/Dusk take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Jackson is not rushed.

Is Grand Teton National Park Private Wildlife Safari - Dawn/Dusk worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 42 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Jackson, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Grand Teton National Park Private Wildlife Safari - Dawn/Dusk?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Grand Teton National Park Private Wildlife Safari - Dawn/Dusk suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Grand Teton National Park Private Wildlife Safari - Dawn/Dusk?

    +

Around 15 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Jackson can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Jackson and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Grand Teton National Park Private Wildlife Safari - Dawn/Dusk start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Jackson within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Jackson?

    +

On Outty we rank every Jackson experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Whitewater Rafting in Jackson Hole : Family Standard Raft, Sunrise 4-Hour Grand Teton Wildlife Adventure, Snake River Scenic Float Trip with Teton Views in Jackson Hole. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Jackson?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Jackson?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
