It’s was great got picked up in a really nice car and taken to where we was getting the helicopter we did the ranch landing one Had food at the ranch and then went horse riding which was extra that was amazing!!! Loved it

At Their Mercy
You are at the mercy of other travelers. If they cancel and no one else takes their place, there aren’t enough people to fly. They try to reschedule you again and again. My tour was eventually canceled because I couldn’t have them continuously juggle me around as I had other commitments on my vacation. I was not aware they aren’t very busy and have a hard time filling up a helicopter. My first time being on this side of the country so I was very disappointed.

Your Viator voucher clearly states that there is a possibility of cancelation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. Our Reservation Team extended several alternative departure times, which your refused. Private flights are available for up to six passengers.
