Total disappointment
This was the worst tour we ever purchased, and we have had many. First, there were too many emails from Viator and from VoiceMap with so much information and so many numbers that when I had to enter my confirmation number it took me 10 min. to find it. I had to do it twice. Then, when we finally started the tour the VoiceMap app worked very well at the beginning (except for some “stuttering”, but after about 20 min. VoiceMap got completely crazy, stopped telling us where to go, kept beeping that we were of course when we weren’t, and stopped telling us anything. It got stuck and even when I tried to get it working again it just kept repeating itself. On top of all this trouble, the guide told us very little about the main topic and kept talking about Alhambra and other subjects. Total disappointment with the VoiceMap app (the technology didn’t work) and the guide who didn’t stay on the subject.

The tour therefore covers all kinds of aspects of the neighbourhood of Realejo. This includes its Jewish, Muslim and Christian heritage, as well as its more recent history and the people who have lived there over the centuries. Again, I'm sorry about the poor experience you had.
