Disappointed beyond belief
DO NOT book a tour to Alhambra with Viator........we booked 2 weeks before our trip, 4 of us, for a self guided audio tour and we turned up at 8.30 on our last day to collect our audio sets to be told we had been sent an email the night before, so at 1 am in the morning on the day of our tour, Viator had written to cancel our tour as no tickets available that day. American tourists behind us in the queue had also been sent an email to cancel as had many others, and the girl at Play Granada said there was an allocation of tickets for each day and there were no more available. We had gone for 3 days at considerable expense and still did not get to see the Alhambra......cant tell you how disappointed we all were. Its a disgusting way to treat customers. Hardly even an apology though thankfully our money 48 euros per person has been refunded. I will NEVER use Viator again and quite shocked that as I had booked through Trip Advisor they allow this.
