Better read up on the history of the island and take a tour where you get to see more of it
The pick up, driver and tourguide were amazing. But we only had a few stops and they were mostly at places where they want you to spend more money, like restaurants and aloë vera farm. We've only stopped for 20 minutes at the Casa Cueva, 30 minutes at the aloë vera farm(where there was an option to buy the products) 30 minutes in Teror(meet up place a souvenir shop), 1 hour at a restaurant on top of a hill (€15 per person. We had our own food with us, but there was nowhere you could walk to), look out point (with souvenir shop), another restaurant on top of a hill(to far to walk back to the little town we drove through) and drove past the 1000 palm trees and town.. So yes, we've learned a lot avout the island, but didn't get to see much of it. We drove 240 km, but didn't actually stop in the places that are adverteren.

Informative but could be improved
I wasn’t like wow this is fantastic. The tour guide Tom was brilliant a font of knowledge and kept us interested. Driver was fantastic too couple near misses but in safe hands. I don’t recall actually getting out as much as the map says though. We went to aloe Vera farm which was fine then went on to cave house. Back in coach again I don’t think we got out again until we got to Teror only got 30 mins there which isn’t very long. AfterTeror I believe was lunch (3 courses and drink €15) good value but very school canteen like , staff shouting meal options so no real care just get us in and get us out as I didn’t partake it felt a little awkward for me perhaps a non lunch option and maybe have more time at Teror. We then stopped at a beautiful view point took some lovely pics then there was what looked a roadside market type thing where there was cheese nuts and honey rum to sample then onto the last stop purely for a toilet break I feel they offered some samples of fresh juice. If I had paid the full price I would probably be complaining but I did have a voucher so for what I paid was ok for a day out and I did learn a fair bit I just would have liked a bit more time in places.

Unforgettable
Booked day trip via Tui. Picked up at the hotel and returned there. Beautiful tour in the mountains with numerous stops and an included lunch. Excellent guidance with special thanks to the guide Astrid who could explain everything to us in Dutch.

Good tour with some recommendations
Tom and Lissandro were great in terms of safe driving and tour delivery. While the tour was good, lunch comes very late on the tour schedule. This especially impacts the families with children. Moving lunch earlier in the day or including snacks on the bus would be a welcome improvement. Additionally, potentially removing at least one stop would give a little more time at each stop. That would allow a family an opportunity to pick up a quick snack and shop for souvenirs. Overall, it was a good experience. We learned a ton about the island and got great pictures!

Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Gran Canaria.
How much does Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium cost?
+
Prices start at $56 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Gran Canaria usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Gran Canaria is not rushed.
Is Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Gran Canaria, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Gran Canaria can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Gran Canaria and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Gran Canaria within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Gran Canaria?
+
On Outty we rank every Gran Canaria experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Puerto de Mogán: Coastal Cruise with Optional Snorkeling & Lunch, Guided tour of the Banana World, Gran Canaria Red Canyon: Small Group Tour & Local Food ツ. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Gran Canaria?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Gran Canaria?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium?
+
Included: Professional guide; and History Tour (Yesterday and Today). Not included: Food and drinks (Optiona). Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
Does Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium include hotel pickup?
+
Yes, pickup is offered for every traveler from 313 listed pickup locations in and around Gran Canaria. Be ready about 5 minutes before the start time. You can also enter a custom pickup address when booking.
What languages is Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium offered in?
+
It is offered in German, English and Spanish. Pick your language when choosing a date and time, as not every departure runs in every language.
Will I get instant confirmation and a mobile ticket for Gran Canaria Historic Tour Yestarday and Today Premium?
+
