What was meant to be an enjoyable day before our pass ran out was horrible. Elijah spoke to us terribly as we lined up separately in single rider lines. My daughter didn’t know she was meant to go onto the ride as she was behind some people in the line. She was meant to be next to a young boy however when someone left the line it all got muddled up and therefore she didn’t know it was her turn. Well, Elijah came over and told her because she didn’t go on the ride she had to go right to the back and line up again (like I would let her do this herself). He spoke terribly and very intimidating to both of us. Ruined our day together, we didn’t get to go on the ride and we both left upset. It’s meant to be a happy place but was totally the opposite. People like Elijah shouldn’t be working there. Terrible talking to a young girl like he did!!!

Response from the operator: Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about what happened during your visit and that your day was affected. This is not the experience we want for any of our guests, especially our younger visitors. We take feedback about our team very seriously and will be reviewing this matter to ensure all interactions are positive and welcoming. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can welcome you back for a much more enjoyable experience in the future. – Max from Dreamworld

Wonderful theme park with lots to see and do

Having not been for 14+ years, I wasn't sure what to expect. Fantastic! All rides except 1 was running, staff were fabulous. Clean park, food options aplenty and reasonable prices. Lots of staff to direct you. Especially loved the animal areas with great enclosures. Park was very well maintained. We had a great two days!

Response from the operator: Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family had a fantastic time returning to Dreamworld after so many years. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the rides, animal areas, and the overall park experience. We hope to welcome you back soon for another fun-filled visit! – Max from Dreamworld

How many days do you need in Gold Coast?

+
