A must have for your trip
If you’re on the fence about purchasing, just do it. These passes for our family saved us hundreds of dollars and made every activity we planned so easy. From choosing your destinations in the app, scheduling times if needed, and the ease of a quick scan for most places to enter made the whole experience a seamless process. I will definitely use it again when we take a return trip.

No bad reviews please!
In general, the value for money was ok and the use of the pass perfect, but I’m really disapointed with the transparency of the opinions. I tried to leave a review of one attraction. It was a bad review, we did not like it and felt a bit cheated on. I left the review and gocity rejected it, you gave me another chance…I softened my review of the attracktion 3 times and you always rejected it. At the end of my trip, even though the pass worked perfect and the valué for money was also good…I felt like you are tourist trap. You are lying to the people, you do not public bad reviews…so how can people trust you? It’s first and last time I will use go city. This is not fair. If an attraction was not good, is was not good…the review was on the atracción not on gocity..I cannot understand which is the problem. Just tell the truth “only good reviews please”. It’s like a joke. Never again!! Never recomend you!

Easy and Convenient! Save Money!
The city go pass was amazing! My son turned 16 and wanted to do NY for the day. City Go made it so easy to maneuver around. We did the Moma, Natural History museum and Empire State. City Go even put a timer on my phone for Empire State because we reserved a time. The Moma even had a City Go kiosk where we could print out tickets. We are going back in 2 weeks and I will definitely be using the app again! In fact I’ll always use it now for travel when doing tourist type things. Overall a 10 out of 10! Thank you!
