    Glass bottom boat

This trip was bog standard. It felt too short. We assumed the free drinks would be provided on the boat but the bottle of water we received from our taxi driver as we were leaving. The captain of the boat was very friendly.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the experience didn’t fully meet your expectations, especially regarding the duration and the misunderstanding about drinks on board. We appreciate your comment about the captain — he’ll be glad to know his friendliness made a positive impression. Your feedback is important and will be taken into account to improve clarity in our trip descriptions and guest communication moving forward. We hope we’ll have another opportunity to provide you with a smoother and more enjoyable experience in the future.
