After, our friendly tour guide will take you to West Bay Beach, one of the best white sand natural beaches in the region to enjoy the Glass Bottom Boat. This is a spectacular ride aboard our Reef Explorer, where you will be entertained by the largest reef in the Caribbean including marine species, different types of fish, corals and sometimes turtles and stingrays.

A great day!
We had a great day with Simon at Rootan Five Stars. He helped us customize.our day to what my family was interested in. He last minute arranged a glass bottom boat ride for us to see down into the coral reef areas which was a highlight of our trip!! We saw so much wildlife and learned a lot ! Simon then took us Zip lining and the animal park and waited patiently for us to return. Ask for Simon… he will show you his Island and take good care of you! :)

Roatan excursion
Where we met our tour guide at the pier we had to walk about a half a mile to our transportation. Glass Bottom boat was best part . Chocolate Factory was only a small store . The monkey viewing part was a poor old collection of cages.

We would like to kindly clarify that transportation was arranged in a private vehicle for your comfort, and the walk from the pier to the meeting point was a short walk of approximately 5 minutes, as port regulations do not allow vehicles to enter directly to certain pickup areas. Regarding the chocolate stop, this visit is presented as a local chocolate experience where guests can learn about and sample locally made island products rather than a large industrial factory, which many visitors appreciate as part of discovering authentic Roatán products. For the animal park visit, we understand that each guest may have different expectations. This location is a popular local attraction where visitors can observe and interact with animals in a safe environment while learning about local wildlife. We sincerely appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving our experiences and service for future guests visiting our beautiful island. An Amazing Day in Roatan with Five Stars Tours for Cruisers
We had an Amazing Day in Roatan with Five Stars Tours. Our experience in Roatan from the planning with Louis Diaz to the actual tour with JB was truly a great experience. JB met us at the Cruise port, we visited AJ's Monkeys and Sloths, Mayak Chocolate, Rusty Fish Market, and West Bay Beach for the Glass Bottom Boat tour. Since the wait was too long, we moved to another beach for their Glass Bottom Boat tour. We had lunch at the Zip Line where we had Chicken and we had Iguana for the first time. Lots of bones, but good. Never thought I'd try that. AJ's was absolutely the best! AJ's Guides were wonderful - Especially Hasten. Our Sloth names were Sophie and Bullet! JB was professional, personable, and really made our day exceptional. The van was clean and well kept. Five Stars Tours were flexible, communicated effectively, created a tour based upon what we wanted to see/our needs, and more. If there was anything I would have changed it would have been the approx 10-min walk with kids from the port to where we boarded the van. I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Tours. Especially for folks in Roatan for Cruisers and Kids. Thanks Five Stars Tours for a truly Wonderful Day. We will see you again. Best Rick B

Great drivers, very friendly, responds quickly
This is the second time using roatan five stars. Neil was our driver. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions about the island. It was a great day even though our tour got canceled due to weather. He still made it the best trip. Our favorite port and it's mainly because of the service they give. It was a fun day. And also I booked it the wrong day, didn't realize until midnight and they wrote me and said they would get me anyways by 6 am the next morning. They are fantastic

Waste of a day
The bus used to take us places smelled horrible. The boat was extremely rocky and hot. It made a lot of people seasick, to the point where someone threw up while we were on it. You can barely see anything out of the boat windows. You have to hunch over the entire time to see anything. The person narrating the tour was incredibly rude. The chocolate factory was insanely crowded and hot that you could barely move. The zoo they took us to had one sloth, a few monkeys, and 2 birds. Very disappointed and would not recommend it to anybody.
