Robert was the absolute...

Robert was the absolute BEST tour guide for this excursion. He was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to interact with. I always prefer a native tour guide and Robert did not disappoint… we gathered so much history during the day and left loving Northern Ireland even more!! Robert will definitely be requested when we return!

Response from the operator: Hello Amie Thank you for choosing Airport transfers Belfast for your Belfast city & giants causeway tour! We are glad you had a good experience with Robert!!! We have relayed your 5 star review to him! See you soon. Kind regards Airport transfers Belfast

Beautiful Coastal Giant’s Causeway Tour

Our day trip from Belfast to the Giant's Causeway, Carrickfergus Castle, Carrick-a-Rede, Ballintoy Harbour, and Dunluce Castle was absolutely unforgettable. Every stop was breathtaking, from the dramatic coastline and fascinating history to the incredible scenery that Northern Ireland is famous for. What truly made the experience exceptional was our guide, Tony. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and sense of humor kept us engaged throughout the entire journey. He didn't just take us to the famous landmarks—he also shared hidden gems and lesser-known viewpoints that most visitors would never discover on their own. Those special stops made the tour feel unique and personal. If you're visiting Belfast and want to experience the very best of the Causeway Coast, I can't recommend this tour enough. Thanks to Tony, it wasn't just a sightseeing trip—it was an incredible adventure filled with unforgettable memories. Five stars all the way!

Response from the operator: Hello Claire Thanks so much for the 5 star review – we really appreciate it! Great to hear you had a good experience with your guide Tony!!! Kind regards, **AIRPORT TRANSFERS BELFAST

We had a fantastic tour...

We had a fantastic tour of Belfast with Cormack as our guide. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming us with a warm smile and great energy. His deep knowledge of Belfast’s history, culture, and landmarks made the tour both informative and engaging. He had a great way of telling stories that brought the city to life, and he was happy to answer all our questions along the way. Cormack’s passion for Belfast really shone through and made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Response from the operator: Thank you Tony glad you and your family had a good day!

Giants Causeway Private Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Belfast.

How much does Giants Causeway Private Tour cost?

+

Prices start at $675 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Belfast usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Giants Causeway Private Tour take?

+

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Belfast is not rushed.

Is Giants Causeway Private Tour worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Belfast, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Giants Causeway Private Tour?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Giants Causeway Private Tour suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Giants Causeway Private Tour?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Belfast can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Belfast and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Giants Causeway Private Tour start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Belfast within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Belfast?

+

On Outty we rank every Belfast experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include A History of Terror - Belfast City Centre Walking Tour, Belfast Troubles Tour: Walls and Bridges, Giants Causeway and Castles from Belfast: Guided Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Belfast?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Belfast?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
