Oedo Botania
Oedo is an island with an area of 144,998m2 located in Geoje-si, Gyeongsangnam-do. Oedo Botania is a combination of botani (plant) and toopia (paradise), which means a paradise for plants, and the entire island is adorned with gardens and arboretums. Since the island was purchased by an individual in the 1970s, the entire island has been cultivated as a garden for over 40 years. Because it is geographically located in a relatively warm climate, beautiful temperate and temperate plants are growing. It is a natural farm with a total of 3,000 species, including 740 species of rare tropical plants. It was opened for a fee in 1995, and it became famous especially as it was filmed here for K-Drama “Winter Sonata”, and it is a place where you can see beautiful scenery and flowers in all four seasons.

Must do day trip from Busan
Both DongJoon & Hans was a great tour guides. Long day but definitely worth a visit..favorite was the boat ride, botanical garden. Enough time at every stop. Dress warm!BTW meal was awesome too.

OEDO is amazing the rest is a bit filler
Large coach tour with 30 odd people. The tour guide Joseph was great. Very welcoming good English speaker. Kept us all organised and on time. He also very kindly organised a vegan lunch for me at the seafood restaurant. The tour itself. OEDO is beautiful and boat trip over was fun. After lunch we stopped off at 3 places. Windy Hill, and the Quiet Beach didn't have a lot to do or see. The fortress was a bit more interesting and had great views back towards Busan. I suspect the cable car version of this tour might have been the better option.

Amazing experience
I had a great day trip to Geoje island with our guide Kimmy. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Kimmy created friendly and comfortable atmosphere throughout the day and made sure that everyone was having good time. The Geoje and Oedo islands are hidden gems of South Korea. With breathtaking views and beautiful botanical garden it’s a must when you are in Busan. It was one of the best trips I have ever been to and can highly recommend it.
