Bus nonexistent
Bus never comes Employees on bus are clueless to answer simple questions
via Tripadvisor (translated)
The company is very...
The company is very disorganized and the drivers and office workers give you different information. On the bus tour, the driver did not advise that half way through we would be going back to the start to pick up more people, we all just looked at each questioning what was going on as we drove back into the bus parking lot. Also I was advised by the office staff that my printed receipt was enough for the three tours I booked and yet each driver questioned why I did not have a proper ticket with a QR code. I had specifically advised the office staff that I had not been able to print the ticket with the QR code on it and had shown her exactly what I had. I was also advised by the office staff that the times in the brochure were not correct, but the drivers advised that they were correct. Again the right hand did not know what the left had was doing. On the positive side, the tours were very informative.

Geneva sight seeing tour bus
Train portion never showed up. Waited at designated area for over two hours. 15:30 and the 14:15 never arrived. No train in sight unfortunately.

It was more of a ride...
It was more of a ride than a hop on/off. I think there were only a couple of places where we actually stopped, unlike other hop on/off tours I have done. It was easy enough to back to some of the sights where I wanted to see more.
