    About this experience

We will pick up at the starting point where we do not have to worry about parking our means of transport in any parking lot and we will return to the same point on the way back. Throughout the excursion we will be accompanied by a guide in several languages who will be in charge of managing tickets without having to wait in lines and who will be happy to attend to all needs during the tour. With a local Caminito guide, we will take a walking tour along trails and walkways within a Natural Area, crossing a suspension bridge more than 100 meters high at the end of the route. We recommend some type of protection in the winter months as it can get cold.

    Fabulous experience! The...

Fabulous experience! The hike was not strenuous (for a 71 yr old) and for me, the heights were not an issue. The official guide (Sandro?) was excellent!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your message. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed it. We hope to see you soon.

    Stunning

Amazing adventure. Our guide was very knowledgeable and fun and the place simply stunning ! The height could be an issue if you’re really paralysed by it but otherwise ok!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the adventure and that our guide made the experience even more fun and informative. The views are indeed breathtaking, and we appreciate your note about the height – it’s useful for future travelers. We hope to see you again on another tour soon!

nice walk but expensive in group

Nice walk, too bad for us, it was not very nice (a little rain even) it changes everything about the brightness and color of the water but the gorges are still impressive... The history of this place is interesting... service a little expensive when you see the price of a ticket bought locally...

Response from the operator: Bonjour, Merci d’avoir partagé votre expérience.

Full Day Walking Tour to Caminito del Rey: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Malaga.

How much does Full Day Walking Tour to Caminito del Rey cost?

    +

Prices start at $77 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Malaga usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Full Day Walking Tour to Caminito del Rey take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Malaga is not rushed.

Is Full Day Walking Tour to Caminito del Rey worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Malaga, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day Walking Tour to Caminito del Rey?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Full Day Walking Tour to Caminito del Rey suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Full Day Walking Tour to Caminito del Rey?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Malaga can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Malaga and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Full Day Walking Tour to Caminito del Rey start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Malaga within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Malaga?

    +

On Outty we rank every Malaga experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Malaga City Tour 2 Hours Monumental Segway Tour, Taste of Malaga Tour : Tapas, History and Local Customs, Go local for a day!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Malaga?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Malaga?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
