    No very good

There cancelled the second city which is huge disappointment. We selected this all because it visit two cities. If it is only Toledo, we could take a bus or train to do it ourselves, no need to wake up early and go to the meeting point. Regarding the first city tour. It is not great either. First they take you to a swords factory and try to sell you things. They said there is no public washroom in the town, this is the only place. But if you visit any attractions or restaurants or.. you will have washroom access. The tour is very boring, lucky it is very short (cheap? Useless). They don't even tell you others attractions, views points.. So use your Google maps is better and useful than the guide.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. To better understand what happened and review the specific circumstances of your tour, could you please let us know the date on which the tour took place?

    Overall great experience

Tour was good, driver was cautious. Only thing out tour guide did not tell us castle in Segovia last entrance is 5:30 pm and cathedral last entrance is 6:00 pm. We missed both 😔

    Toledo n Segovia

Trip to Toledo was okay, guide though he tried to speak both English and Spanish he had a terrible time doing so Not very professional and not so informative. Plus he left us alone to be picked up at the end of the tour with instructions to look out for his partner with a red umbrella. Not what I was expecting. However on the trip to Segovia was a different story. Guide very professional, very informative stayed with us the entire time from start to finish, thus the reason I gave him a good tip

Response from the operator: Hi Pecaface239, Thanks for your review. We will do all our best to improve the experience in Toledo and we will share your words to our guide in Segovia. Thanks for your comments and we hope to see you soon in Madrid again. Regards

Excellent tour of Toledo & Segovia in just one day

Very well organized tour. In one day we were able to cover two beautiful cities, Toledo and Segovia. Tour guides were good. They explained to us in English and also in Spanish. At Segovia they gave us head sets, so that when tour guide spoke, we were able to hear what he was saying. The group was large, 20 to 30. But head phones were very useful. Buses were luxury buses. We were lucky as there was no rain. But it was chilly, so bundle up. Overall rating of the tour is EXCELLENT.

Response from the operator: Hi AKPDX1985 Thanks for your review and words, this will help other travellers to choose our option to travel to this two UNESCO cities. I feel very happy to ear about guides, buses and organization. We also hope to see you soon very soon again In this marvellous city such as Madrid

Full Day Tour to Toledo and Segovia: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.

How much does Full Day Tour to Toledo and Segovia cost?

    +

Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Full Day Tour to Toledo and Segovia take?

    +

Plan for about 11 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Madrid is not rushed.

Is Full Day Tour to Toledo and Segovia worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day Tour to Toledo and Segovia?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Full Day Tour to Toledo and Segovia suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 11-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Full Day Tour to Toledo and Segovia?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 11-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Full Day Tour to Toledo and Segovia start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Madrid?

    +

On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Madrid?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Madrid?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
