The best day trip from Marrakech with the most amazing tour guides!
We had a wonderful day in the Atlas mountains with Zouhair and Moha. They were super knowledgeable but very relaxed and fun. We couldn’t have asked for better company to get a way from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and spend an amazing day in the calm of the mountains. They were super professional and accommodated all our needs. They were always asking if we wanted to stop to take pictures and we felt we could really pace the trip to our liking. We got to see different Berber villages, learned a lot about the history of the region, and met local families that welcomed us into their homes and gave us a taste of amazing local produces. Lunch was super tasty and was served with an idyllic view. At the end we got a small tour of the family house where the food was prepared and listened to some of their stories. The highlight for us was that it really felt like we were contributing to local businesses and to this wonderful people. Overall it was an amazing experience that we definitely recommend if you’re ever in Marrakech. We’ll sure be booking a similar experience with Desert Morocco Adventure next time we are in this amazing country.

Best tour!
We had the best tour not just because of the beautiful places in Morocco but also because of our tour guide/driver Hassan Segaoui. He is very accommodating and he made sure we are safe and comfortable. We learned a lot from him, and he became a very good friend.

Exceeded my Expectations!!!
My friend booked a 1-week trip to southern part of Morocco using Desert Morocco Adventure with Yousef (aka Icho) as our tour guide/driver. THANK YOU (shookran) so much for making our trip memorable, adventurous and FUN!!! ICHO, was truly an amazing guide. He was polite, a phenomenal photographer AND videographer, a skilled driver manuevering across the mountains - day & night, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the local areas. We were very comfortable in a Toyota SUV with Moroccan music in the background and learning some Berber words here and there! All our excursions were excellent and the sites (the mountains, Dades Gorge, Draa Valley, Sahara Desert, etc) were breathtaking. The weather was very cooperative - dry and cool, during third week of March. We stayed in riads, which were all surprisingly beautiful, clean and comfortable. The HIGHLIGHT of the trip for me was the Sahara Desert: the camel ride, GLAMping, stargazing and the quad ride. MAKE SURE to book a "luxury" room when GLAMping because it means the bathroom is inside your tent. I don't remember which camp we used but it was AMAZING! Mustafa, took great care of my friend and I. The were plenty of food as if they were feeding for 10 people instead of 2. The tent is equipped with USB plugs, 5 layers of blankets (I kid you NOT), very comfortable and spacious especially the shower area. Shopping, shopping, and shopping were another highlight for me. In the old medina in Marrakech is full of delight vendors & you can haggle with prices. I decided to purchase a handmade rug by Berber women somewhere local in a village rather than buying it from Marrakech. I will NOT hesitate to book another trip with Desert Morocco Adventure in the nearby future! I will certainly recommend the company that wants to visit Morocco! Many thanks again. Essential!
I hired this tour with the Viator Enterprise, I was surprised by everything it included and doubted it, however, our potato guide has met our expectations extensively. We started the day with tea, wearing typical clothes and riding a camel, continued the visit to the argan oil corporation, there while you savor a tea and various types of oil on the terrace, Potato begins to introduce us to the Berber world. Around 12 am we arrive at the first Berber village where after a 1 hour walking tour you arrive at a beautiful waterfall and to finish the tour typical food (delicious talent) and tea at potato house (typical Berber house). Definitely 100% recommended, thanks potato!!!

Incredible landscapes
If you go to Morocco expecting to find heat and dry areas only you have never heard about Atlas before. They offer you a totally different lanscapes step by step and we are grateful we have chosen this spot over the other touristy ones thanks to the honest suggestion of our tour guide. He well know everything regarding the areas he take tourist to and he is also very open to personalize every tour in the most convenient way possible for his the customers. We felt more like we spent time with a new friend rather just buying a tour. Great experience!

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Full Day Tour To Three Valleys & Atlas Mountains From Marrakech: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.
How much does Full Day Tour To Three Valleys & Atlas Mountains From Marrakech cost?
+
Prices start at $40 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full Day Tour To Three Valleys & Atlas Mountains From Marrakech take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.
Is Full Day Tour To Three Valleys & Atlas Mountains From Marrakech worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day Tour To Three Valleys & Atlas Mountains From Marrakech?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full Day Tour To Three Valleys & Atlas Mountains From Marrakech suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full Day Tour To Three Valleys & Atlas Mountains From Marrakech?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full Day Tour To Three Valleys & Atlas Mountains From Marrakech start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
+
On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, 3 Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour Camel Rides and Overnight. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marrakech?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
