Do not stop doing it
The tour was excellent, the guide Anet was exceptional, very willing, she explained a lot of things and even answered other questions about the country that arose during the tour. We are from Argentina and the guide spoke in English and Spanish.

Recommended daily program
This tour is simply recommended. Although only a few participants were registered, the company enabled us to do this day tour in a very small group. On time we were picked up from our hotel and picked up by the tour guide, who was also the driver. Friendly and extremely competent she led us through this beautiful and informative tour!

Not a Full-Day tour to Medjugorje and Mostar from Dubrovnik” but Transport / Ride only to Medjugorje
I paid for a tour by Deep Green Travel called “Full-Day Tour to Medjugorje and Mostar from Dubrovnik”. Now i want some of my money back for the portion of the “trip” that was not delivered by Deep Green Travel for the following reasons: 1. It was advertised with the following itinerary: 1.1 “Mostar to explore and tour of the Mostar city. It’s a must stop on our way to Medjugorje - 2 hours 30 min - NOT delivered. Deep Green Travel could not deliver the Mostar part but it had included it in the itinerary. 1.2 Pick up. I specified a pick up from my hotel and it was in my booking that i paid for. I directly queried Deep Green Travel to ask confirmation on pick up point way ahead of the trip but they did not reply until the day before the trip and they indicated another pick up point. 1.3 overall, it was not a tour, it turned out that it was only a ride to Medjugorje. Medjugorje was advertised as 5 hours. I did enjoy my time at Medjugorje despite my disappointment not seeing Mostar. I would suggest to correct the advertisement and itinerary, remove the Mostar part and specify RIDE/ TRANSPORT only to Medjugorje so that people will not expect to see Mostar as what was promised but could not be delivered.

Disappointing and not as described - beware!!
Horrible experience starting with no working air conditioning on the bus in almost 40 degree celsius weather. A small child on the tour with us even passed out due to heat exhaustion. We changed buses twice due to various issues with the vehicles, using a total of three buses that day. Our tour guide, Tatiana from Argentina, was lovely but could not fully communicate with the bus driver who spoke only Croatian. Aside from my daughter and I, the rest of the passengers on the bus were headed to Kravica waterfalls after our stop in Mostar; there was no notice that different tours would be combined and that we would have to separate from the group to get to Medugorje by taxi - this came as a total surprise. Additionally, the “what’s included” in this tour is completely inaccurate: There was no wifi on the bus and we had to purchase an eSIM plan for Bosnia and Hercegovina to ensure we could communicate with the tour guide while separated from the group or risk being left behind. There was also a surprise “Bosnia tax” of 6 euros collected on the bus by the tour guide that had to be paid in cash, however, the tour description indicated that all taxes and fees were included. Our time in Medugorje was unfortunately cut short to only 1 hour and 20 mins, however, the tour description duration indicated 5 hours…a HUGE disappointment since we travelled over 7400km to visit this holy place and deliberately booked a Sunday to attend mass and climb apparition hill - both of which we could not do. For anyone looking to book this tour intending to visit Medugorije, please beware - you are better off booking an all day trip to Medugorje, or better yet, renting a car and driving yourself. I will be pursuing a full refund for this tour.

Why this scores 54
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Full-Day Tour to Međugorje and Mostar from Dubrovnik: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.
How much does Full-Day Tour to Međugorje and Mostar from Dubrovnik cost?
+
Prices start at $40 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full-Day Tour to Međugorje and Mostar from Dubrovnik take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.
Is Full-Day Tour to Međugorje and Mostar from Dubrovnik worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full-Day Tour to Međugorje and Mostar from Dubrovnik?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full-Day Tour to Međugorje and Mostar from Dubrovnik suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full-Day Tour to Međugorje and Mostar from Dubrovnik?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full-Day Tour to Međugorje and Mostar from Dubrovnik start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
