    Very unprofessional and unpunctual

It took us 3 hours from our Punta Cana hotel when it should have been an 1.5 hr drive. Our driver was picking up people who weren’t even going to Saona Island. We connected the guy that we were in touch with experiencing our concerns and he left us on read! He didn’t even bother to reply nor apologize nothing. Absolutely unprofessional and just doing anything for little extra money. Then decided halfway that he wasn’t going there anymore and transferred us in the middle of the road to another car. That driver got us to the dock (safely thank god) and gave us to the boat people. When we boarded the 2 boats, and started to move we had to come back because the boat was too heavy. They then had the audacity to ask 12 passengers to get off the boat. Of course no one wanted to leave as there was no more boats. At this point it was 8-12 we’ve not even started making our way to the island. So much time wasted and then they offered for those people to come back tomorrow or get their money back. Some people got off because they were irritated but many stayed because we had already stressed getting to this point and leaving soon. We finally make our way to the Island around 2. It was very beautiful and we got to eat (the buffet was alright). We spent some time and then left home. I recommend you visit Saona Island just not with this particular company‼️ 0/10 for them
