Great experience - totally worth it!!!
We had a fantastic day visiting Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. Our driver, Daniel, was brilliant from start to finish — so friendly and helpful. He picked us up from our hotel exactly at the time we were told he would, with the collection time confirmed to us 24 hours before, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Auschwitz was a very eye-opening and emotional experience, but one we felt was definitely worth doing. We didn’t realise before that there were two different parts to the visit, so that was something we weren’t expecting, but it was really interesting and gave us a lot to take in and reflect on. The Salt Mines were also great and something different, although be prepared for a LOT of walking and stairs. It was a very long day overall, especially being on your feet for so long, but we honestly feel it was completely worth doing both on the same day. Doing both in one day meant we could make the most of our holiday and still have the rest of our trip to enjoy other things around Kraków. We’d definitely recommend the experience, especially if you want to see and experience as much as possible during your stay!

Good day
Auschwitz is a very moving place. Our guide Mary was excellent. We were given headsets so we could all hear her. Be prepared for walking and some stairs if you have mobility issues. It’s a somber experience but one that you should do if you are in Poland. The salt mine was also good. Again, be prepared to go down many steps and some walking. There is a small elevator to the top at the end. You’ll get another headset here so you can hear the guide. The tour was well run between the two places. We did not order the box lunch and just brought food with us to eat between the two stops.

The tour of Auschwitz is heartbreaking however the guides historical knowledge is excellent. The Salt Mine tour was much more lighthearted and the tour guide knowledgeable

Yes it was wonderful Driver was on time Driver friendly and helpful The lunch that was organised was lovely. The guide at Auschwitz was great and informative and respectful we could hear him well. At Birkenau it would have been helpful to have ear pieces to hear the guide but this is the only suggestion we would say A fantastic day and would highly recommend for all

Reliable, dependable, Trust worthy tour operator
A positive experience from pick up to drop off. Tour to Auschwitz was excellent w/guide from site. Our trip to the Salt Mine was long but informative w/guides from site. Lunch was provided for for additional fee, but was totally worth it as we didn’t have time to stop, & be looking for a restaurant to sit & eat. Communication w/Krakow Discovery was seamless. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone.
