A long, but thoroughly worthwhile, enjoyable, interesting and informative tour around the Sacred Valley
This was a long day. However, I don’t think there could, or should, have been an alternative. It was a very tight schedule, but there were a number of Inca and historical sites included in the tour, all of which were worth seeing. Even travelling through the Sacred Valley, between the sites, seeing the villages, towns, landscapes and countryside, was an interesting if not integral, part of the day. There was even an enjoyable free buffet lunch included. Our guide made sure we received the information we needed, in English and Spanish, about the sites we visited. We received a thorough knowledge and history of the sites, the locality, the Incas and Peru in general. The only aspect of the tour I would question was a visit to an artisan jewellers establishment at the end of the trip. Although, to be fair it did include information on the varied and precious materials and stones found in Peru, how they are found and used. It did however seem more of an excuse to get us all to buy some jewellery. On the whole though, I wouldn’t change anything. Although a long day, it was really enjoyable, interesting and informative. Lastly, as well as thanking our guide, thanks should also be given to our driver who had to drive us all around for over 12 hours, including along some difficult road surfaces.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind and detailed review 😊 We’re delighted you enjoyed discovering the Sacred Valley with us. We’ll also share your appreciation with our guide and driver. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Peru.

Five sites and Three Shoppings in one day.
It was an all day tour. We visited the most historically significant Inkas Ruines around Cusco region. The only regret was that we had a limited time dedicated to each sites. We spent too much time for shopping in jewelry store, chocolate factory and textile store instead that wasn't a part of the tour if I remember correctly.
Response from the operator: Miss Julia,Thank you so much for sharing this with us! We’re really glad you enjoyed the Inca sites and the experience overall. And yes, we completely understand what you mean about the shopping stops. If you’re visiting Cusco for the archaeological sites, of course you want as much time as possible to enjoy them. We appreciate you pointing this out, and we’ll keep it in mind when organizing our tours. Thanks again for joining us and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to see you again in Cusco!

Good trip! Friendly guider and driver. Amazing view and great experience. But there were too many shops during the trip.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! 😊 We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful scenery and had a good experience with our guide and driver. We appreciate your honest comment about the shops and will take it into consideration as we continue improving our tours.

Very rushed tour & Rip-off Vendors
⭐️ 1/5 – Very rushed tour Pros: - The guides were very knowledgeable and explained the history of each site well. - Good option if you just want a quick overview of the Sacred Valley. Cons: - The four main attractions were extremely rushed. We only had around 10–15 minutes at Chinchero, Pisac and Moray, and about 25 minutes at Ollantaytambo, despite all being massive sites. - Those time was spent standing and listening to the guide rather than actually exploring the sites. - We also stopped at three vendors, spending around 20-30mins which is more time than the main sites. Each product in those vendor has no price tags. - We had to pay around **70 soles extra for the entrance tickets**, which made the limited time at each site even more disappointing. Personally, I would much rather visit fewer places and have enough time to properly explore them or skipping those vendors/shops as a whole. The whole point of visiting the Sacred Valley, for me, is to experience the historical sites—not just quickly listen to their history and leave. If you want a quick skim tour, this may be suitable. If you want to actually explore the sites, I’d recommend a less rushed itinerary.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience and your comments. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed our guide's explanations and the history of the places you visited. We're sorry that the time spent at the archaeological sites didn't meet your expectations. The Sacred Valley shared tour is designed to visit several of the main attractions in a single day, so the time at each site is necessarily limited. However, we also offer a Traditional Sacred Valley Tour, which visits only Pisac, Ollantaytambo, and Chinchero, allowing much more time to explore each archaeological site at a relaxed pace. Regarding the stops at the artisan centers, our intention is to introduce visitors to traditional Andean weaving techniques and other locally made products. Visiting these places is part of the cultural experience, and any purchases are completely optional. As for the vendors you encountered at the entrances of some archaeological sites, unfortunately they are independent sellers who operate in those public areas and are not associated with our company, so we have no control over their presence. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our services. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Peru and provide an experience that better matches your travel style and expectations.
