    Awesome island tour!

"We had an amazing private tour with Gregory! He showed us hidden spots we never would have found on our own and tailored the whole day to our pace. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the island and what it had to offer. Highly recommend this tour and tour guide Gregory!

Unprofessional and unreliable - do NOT book with them.

Do not book this company if you need reliability or professionalism. I booked a private highlights driving tour well in advance. Two days before the tour, they asked if I could move it to a later date. I told them I couldn't because I would no longer be on Naxos. After that, they completely ghosted me. I sent multiple messages asking them to confirm that my original booking was still on. They ignored every one of them. Instead of communicating, they waited until the very last minute to cancel my tour—without any explanation or even a simple apology. Because they refused to communicate, I was left scrambling to find a last-minute replacement activity, wasting valuable vacation time, costing me extra in last minute fees, and causing completely unnecessary stress. I understand that unexpected issues can happen. What is unacceptable is deliberately ignoring a customer for days and then cancelling at the last minute without the courtesy of an explanation or apology. That is simply unprofessional. If you value reliable service and clear communication while traveling, book with someone else.

    Couldn't be better!

We are a family of four with two adult children ages 22 & 25 on our first trip to Greece. Our pre-trip research indicated a lot of interesting sights and heritage, especially in Naxos and this trip piqued our interest. Gregory met us at our hotel in a very posh and comfortable van. Gregory made the trip. He exuded an absolute love of his island and the culture and we learned so much from this delightful, happy gentleman. I was concerned about the winding roads and mountains but I was so comfortable and it was an absolutely pleasant trip. Each site was so much more than I had imagined - especially Halki and Apiranthos! So glad we booked this and can't recommend this enough - I'd send my family in a heartbeat. If I ever return to Naxos, Gregory will be my first call!

Full-Day Private highlights tour in Naxos island: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naxos.

How much does Full-Day Private highlights tour in Naxos island cost?

    +

Prices start at $142 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naxos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Full-Day Private highlights tour in Naxos island take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naxos is not rushed.

Is Full-Day Private highlights tour in Naxos island worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 47 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naxos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Full-Day Private highlights tour in Naxos island?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Full-Day Private highlights tour in Naxos island suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Full-Day Private highlights tour in Naxos island?

    +

Around 16 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naxos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naxos and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Full-Day Private highlights tour in Naxos island start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naxos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Naxos?

    +

On Outty we rank every Naxos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Naxos:Half-day cooking class at Basiliko Farm, Naxos Perivoli Farm Experience & Wood-fire Cooking Class, Naxos Kayak Tour to Rina Cave with Snorkeling and Homemade lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Naxos?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Naxos?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
