    About this experience

Let’s leave together on board of a beautiful gozzo towards the wonderful islands of the gulf of naples: ischia and procida, real corners of paradise. The campanian archipelago is the perfect place for anyone who wants to get lost among the sea, relaxation and breathtaking views. Traveling by sea, you will have the opportunity to admire the scenery of both islands: Procida, the smallest of the islands in the gulf, with its colorful fishing village and Ischia, the so-called green island, famous for the richness of its thermal springs and for the beauty of its beaches and its forests. On board a private boat, with the guide of our attentive and trained staff, you will spend a day of relaxation and discovery, all accompanied by several stops for diving and swimming in the most suggestive spots of the coast.

      10 minutes here

    3. Castello Aragonese

Then we will stop at the Green Cave, an incredible natural cave carved into the rock, inside which the light, reflecting into the water, creates a play of colors and shades of green. Right here we will stop to swim and snorkel, before heading to the Aragonese Castle, the symbol of the island in the world: a majestic fortress that stands on a huge rock, connected to the East side of the island by a bridge of 220 meters.

      30 minutes here

    4. Ischia Porto

We will, then, stop at the port of Ischia for 3 or 4 hours of free time, in which you can explore the island on your own, maybe on board one of the iconic microtaxis (three-wheeled Apecar), a fun and unique way of touring Ischia and discover the main points of interest.

      180 minutes here

    5. Vivara

The tour continues towards Procida. While sailing around the island, we will stop to admire: the islet of Vivara, a crescent-shaped small island, uninhabited and connected to the island by a long bridge, that can only be crossed on foot. Small, wild and unspoiled, with its clear waters and marine plants, Vivara has been declared State Nature Reserve in 2002.

      30 minutes here

    6. Terra Murata

Terra Murata, which you can admire from the unique perspective of the sea. Terra Murata is the oldest settlement on the island, fortified and overlooking the sea. Here you will find the former prison of Palazzo d’Avalos and the Abbey of San Michele.

      15 minutes here

    7. Porto Di Corricella

The wonderful village of Marina di Corricella, the symbol of the island in the world, with its interlacement of arches, domes, windows, stairs and multicoloured facades. The bay that surrounds Corricella is the perfect place to dive and then lie in the sun.

      45 minutes here

    8. Procida

In Procida, you will have some free time to visit the island by land in total autonomy.

      120 minutes here

    9. Porto di Sorrento

Day of a lifetime like royalty!

It was an absolutely amazing day. We felt like royalty on this boat. The boat ride was amazing, the views were unbelievable. Our time in Ischia was wonderful and we even had time to swim in both Ischia and Sorrento. Pepe and Fernando made the day perfect! We are a family of five, and I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a perfect day in the area!

Full-Day Private Boat Tour to Ischia Procida from Sorrento: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sorrento.

How much does Full-Day Private Boat Tour to Ischia Procida from Sorrento cost?

    +

Prices start at $214 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sorrento usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Full-Day Private Boat Tour to Ischia Procida from Sorrento take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sorrento is not rushed.

Is Full-Day Private Boat Tour to Ischia Procida from Sorrento worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sorrento, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Full-Day Private Boat Tour to Ischia Procida from Sorrento?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Full-Day Private Boat Tour to Ischia Procida from Sorrento suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Full-Day Private Boat Tour to Ischia Procida from Sorrento?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sorrento can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sorrento and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Full-Day Private Boat Tour to Ischia Procida from Sorrento start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sorrento within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Sorrento?

    +

On Outty we rank every Sorrento experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pizza School with Wine and Limoncello Tasting in a Local Farm, Private Amalfi Coast Day Tour from Sorrento or Naples, Sorrento Farm and Food Experience including Olive Oil, Limoncello, Wine tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Sorrento?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Sorrento?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
