Very good excursion with a great guide!
We were with family and we had a wonderful day in Capri. Matteo was very friendly and a great guide! Thanks to his advice on the best time of day to visit the Blue Grotto, we didn't even have to wait to get inside! On the other hand, we might have liked to choose the restaurant for lunch, since he made a reservation for us, but it was a good meal. Thank you very much for the day; it was really great!
Response from the operator: Merci beaucoup pour votre gentil commentaire ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé une belle journée en famille à Capri. Merci également pour votre remarque concernant le restaurant, nous en tiendrons compte pour améliorer encore l’expérience. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau ! ⛵🇮🇹

Boat Day in Capri
We had a lovely day on our boat with our skipper Mattia, organised by Gianluigi. Mattia took us around the Island and to a lovely restaurant in Capri with wonderful food and staff. We had music, drinks and time to stop and swim. Gianluigi also kindly offered us a bigger boat as it was available on the day. It has been a highlight of our trip and would recommend booking with the company to anyone! We booked quite a while in advance and didn’t have much correspondence in the lead up to the day however they were very attentive the day before and told us what we needed to know in advance of the trip.

Very cool tour!
It is a small boat, but very new and clean. The sea beats a little until it reaches the island. We were unlucky with the tide as it was very high, if you can choose a date, go with low tide. This prevented us from visiting the blue cave, but he took us to many other caves. At the end there was even a waterfall bath. I recommend!

Why this scores 53
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Full Day Private Boat Tour from Sorrento to Capri: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naples.
How much does Full Day Private Boat Tour from Sorrento to Capri cost?
+
Prices start at $880 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naples usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full Day Private Boat Tour from Sorrento to Capri take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naples is not rushed.
Is Full Day Private Boat Tour from Sorrento to Capri worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day Private Boat Tour from Sorrento to Capri?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full Day Private Boat Tour from Sorrento to Capri suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full Day Private Boat Tour from Sorrento to Capri?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full Day Private Boat Tour from Sorrento to Capri start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naples within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Naples?
+
On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Naples?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Naples?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
