Amazing tour, Neil was very good 😊

We have just completed our macchu Picchu tour and had an amazing time 😍 This tour was very well organized, communicated excellently and made sure that we had everything we need in each step of the way. Our tour guide was Neil and he was amazing he got us from the train station and led us to the bus stop and through route 2A explaining everything in such great detail, he was also very good photographer and has taken some great shots for us. I would absolutely pay for this again as it makes your life so stress free with how good it was organized. This is still a five star rating to me, however, the one negative thing I would say is the drive to the train station is very bumpy (especially that early in the morning), however, this has nothing to do with the drivers ability but the road condition - still an amazing trip.

Terrible!

Terrible! I bought tickets in january (700$). After the payment they said me that train tickets and bus tickets would be sent in August, but now we are ready ti fly tò Perù and by now we do not have train tickets. You know that without train It Is impossible to reach Machu picchu. So we spent a lot of Money and we only have entrance tickets, without any possibility to arrive there. We are desperate. Someone can help us? Is there some authority that we can contact?

Grateful

Machu Picchu Terra helped us to navigate the complexity of visiting Machu Picchu. We are two University professors who want a deep and serious experience there. Our guide Daylet exceeded our expectations, she not only has deep acknowledge of the history of the site, she transmitted her love and passion for this land and the Inca culture. Thank you, Machu Picchu Terra for taking care of so many practical things.

Response from the operator: Hello Arturo, thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We are glad to know that we were able to accompany you and facilitate every detail so that you could experience Machu Picchu in a profound and meaningful way. We sincerely appreciate your trust and your words; it is a pleasure to know that the experience met and exceeded your expectations.

High Quality Service, Excellent Tour Guide, Slightly More Expensive Than Other Companies

The tour and the company are quite reputable, but their prices are a little bit higher than other companies offering comparable services. We noticed this after we had already booked with them and then contacted them to ask why their services costed more and they said it was because lunch at Machu Picchu, which was surprising to us because the website indicates that lunch is not included. After bringing this to their attention, and telling them that we preferred not to do the lunch up at Machu Picchu (because it is quite pricey), they did agree to refund some of the money (waiting on this, but they did say it could take up to 35 days so I currently have no reason to believe that they won't follow through). The tour itself was outstanding. Our group of six had a private van pick us up at our hotel and drive us to Ollantaytambo to catch the train up to Aguas Calientes. Our tour guide, Luis, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely well organized having all of our tickets ready for us throughout the day, making sure we were in the right places at the right times, waiting in lines for us so that we could go and check out places like Aguas Calientes, and providing us with a wealth of information throughout the day. By the end of the day it felt weird to be saying goodbye to him, because it felt like he had become one of our group. At that point we also had a private van drive us back from the station to our hotel as well, getting us back safe and sound. All in all, it was a positive experience, made all the better by Luis, our outstanding tour guide.

Response from the operator: Hello Steven, thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that everything—from the organization to the guidance during the tour—met your expectations. Comments like yours motivate us to continue providing comprehensive and well-coordinated travel experiences. Thank you for trusting us!

Full Day Machu Picchu [Transportation-Tickets-Tour] All Included

Overall amazing experience and tour was excellent. Below is my review I’m doing on Trip Advisor and Viator. This company has it down to a science. Flawless execution of an amazing journey in all aspects imaginable. With critical coordination and detailed transfers, multiple tickets and handoffs I cannot be more happy with this tour company. Everything is outline on a single sheet and review in person. I would say the best company for Machu Picchu that there is out there. Even in person review of activities and overview of the trek at your hotel the day before the journey begins. If any issues arise whatsoever they have you covered. It’s fast paced but they’re there to guide you every step of the way. Couldn’t be more satisfied and happy. Book them… you won’t regret it! I’ve traveled 150 countries and just saying this to add credibility to this review. Also don’t worry about passport info sharing as it’s required for park entry/train. If you have cellular signal they even contact you throughout the day to ensure you connect with the right people (although this is not required and I managed fine without it) - they go above and beyond. Best tour experience ever!

Response from the operator: Hello Matt, thank you for sharing your experience. We are very happy to hear that you had a well-organized and smooth experience, fully enjoying your visit. Our commitment is to accompany each traveler in every detail so that they can focus solely on enjoying themselves. Greetings from Cusco, the archaeological capital of America.

Full Day Guided Tour to Machu Picchu Transportation Included: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.

How much does Full Day Guided Tour to Machu Picchu Transportation Included cost?

+

Prices start at $450 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Full Day Guided Tour to Machu Picchu Transportation Included take?

+

Plan for about 16 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.

Is Full Day Guided Tour to Machu Picchu Transportation Included worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 275 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day Guided Tour to Machu Picchu Transportation Included?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Full Day Guided Tour to Machu Picchu Transportation Included suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 16-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Full Day Guided Tour to Machu Picchu Transportation Included?

+

Around 96 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 16-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Full Day Guided Tour to Machu Picchu Transportation Included start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cusco?

+

On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Peruvian Cooking Class Cocktails and Market Tour in Cusco, Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cusco?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cusco?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
