Friends n Family Rour!
Tour and guide were good as expected. However tour fell short on one item to be included. Tour stated lunch included which it wasn't. Other than that I enjoyed.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that the guide met your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding lunch. We take comments like yours seriously and will review the tour description to ensure all information is clear and accurate for future guests. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you again on another adventure in the Dominican Republic.

Awesome Full Day Tour
This was a great excursion to see and sample the Dominican Republic. Christopher was a fabulous tour guide. Each stop was interactive and informative. Cigar factory, (I was able to roll a cigar), horseback riding, the chocolate factory, the church, and the beach. A very full day!! I would absolutely recommend Chris for this tour.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It was truly a pleasure showing you the beauty, culture, and traditions of the Dominican Republic. I'm delighted that you enjoyed every stop along the way, especially the hands-on experiences like rolling your own cigar and visiting the chocolate factory. Your kind words mean a lot to us. Thank you for choosing Magical Trips RD, and we hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable adventure soon!

No Show your Operator
I booked this tour in advance of my arrival. The instructions were clear to meet at neighboring resort 10 minutes before pickup time. I arrive 20 mins before pickup and waited an hour. I was the only person standing there for a tour as others were trusts of that resort and came out accordingly. There weren't your guides there and NO ONE was representing Magic. After an hour, I had to pay money to get WiFi to call the operator who said he called and texted but was now on his way. When I repeatedly asked him why he failed to show up, he refused to answer. Instead hen ise to be dismissive and ask if I wanted to go tomorrow. I have NEVER had a tour operator fail to arrive at a scheduled pick up because the person didn't answer. After contacting viator, I informed the operator via the app that his actions were unacceptable. He seemed to think it was okay to not show up. I hope he goes out of business;
Response from the operator: Good afternoon. You can fill the platform with negative comments. We called and wrote to them several times to find out their exact location, and they didn't respond. They only replied at the last minute, after the tour had already started. Have a good day.

Stole my money
If i could gice a zero I would. This operator NEVER showed uo to pick us up at our hotel. We tries to call them ans they hung up on us. They said they sent a texr via Whatsapp to confirm ans sknce we did not and since we did not respond they cancelled out reseevation that morning and kepy out payment. We do not have whatsapp. We had made a previous reservation for a different date, but needed to cancel due to our flights. Come to find out this operatir sene a message to an old whatapp account. They did not identify themselves it just was a foreign number out of the blue. Quite some time beforr we were scheduled to arrive in the DR. I told them i did nit know them and do not connect me. I deleted app. I did realize that the account still stays open. That has been corrected. I have dealt with other operators that communicate via the viator app./email woyh no issues. DO NOT USE!!!!! SCAM ARTIST and THIEF
Response from the operator: Good afternoon. With all due respect, I called you myself to confirm your schedule, and you, without knowing who was calling, simply blocked my number and wrote the following: "I don't know you, don't call me again." I was only calling to schedule the time. And on the day of the tour, I went to pick you up, and you had me blocked. Thank you, have a good rest of the day.

Why this scores 54
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Full Day City Tours and Countryside: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.
How much does Full Day City Tours and Countryside cost?
+
Prices start at $60 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full Day City Tours and Countryside take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.
Is Full Day City Tours and Countryside worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day City Tours and Countryside?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full Day City Tours and Countryside suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full Day City Tours and Countryside?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full Day City Tours and Countryside start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?
+
On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Cana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
