Odyssey of hell
On the day of the booked excursion, we were not picked up. It was a real odyssey just to get in touch with the company, as they didn't respond to messages on TripAdvisor or WhatsApp in a timely manner – we only heard back very late. The reason given for canceling the tour on the booked day: we hadn't confirmed our hotel the day before. Funny thing – we never received any such message.After some back and forth, we were offered the tour Yesterday. But the odyssey didn't end there. The driver was unfriendly and initially drove to the wrong hotel. Although we had booked the tour in German and English, the entire excursion was conducted exclusively in Spanish. There was zero communication – neither on the transfer to the harbor nor on the boat trip to the island. Snorkeling was equally disappointing, as we were required to wear life jackets throughout. The drinks on the island were of poor quality (off-brand cola and cheap rum) and to make matters worse, we got used cups from previous guests – absolutely unhygienic. Boarding was a total mess – catamaran first, then a small boat, and back again the same way, including a ladder-less transfer. Absolutely unsuitable for elderly people, shorter adults, or kids. On top of this disastrous odyssey, the same driver didn't show up again – but at least his cousin did...and we could get "safe" back to the hotel

Picked up super late and trip was cut short!
The company picked us up almost 2 hours late. This pushed our whole day back. We missed our original boat, and got on a really packed speed boat. The boat was splashing water all over us on the way out. Took us to the reef and had no fins for snorkeling, super crowded getting off and on boat. Water was super rough made it hard to snorkel. On the island we thought we would be on the cliff side took us else where. Lunch they ran out of food and we were in the middle of the line. We bought some fish from a guy but super over priced cost $200 for some red snapper and shrimp. Our time was cut short on island since we were picked up so late. Would not recommend booking.

Never picked us up for excursion.
Never picked us up. Was told by owner to be at front gate to resort, we were there 20minutes early and waited 50 minutes. Cab dropped us off at front and only entrance. Owner says ride was there. He is not being truthful. Front gate person, cab driver and butler verify we were there. Still have not received refund and it has been over 2 months. Ruined our whole day, we’re really looking forward to this excursion, since water at resort was murky. Do not trust!!! Travel recommend victor, never again.
