3. Daereungwon Tomb Complex

   Gyeongju Daereungwon, located in Gyeongju, South Korea, is an ancient burial ground that holds great historical and cultural significance.    Constructed during the Silla Dynasty in the 7th century, it stands as one of the oldest surviving astronomical observatories in East Asia. The Cheomseongdae is a cylindrical tower that reaches a height of approximately nine meters. It was built using 362 carefully stacked stone blocks without the use of mortar or adhesive, showcasing the advanced engineering skills of the Silla civilization.
