In this tour we will visit Kehen Temple, experience Balinese traditional life in Penglipuran village, visit Besakih temple which is the largest temple in Bali, and see beautiful scenery of Mount Batur. Kehen Temple
Kehen Temple is an ancient Hindu temple complex boasting unique architectural features. The temple courtyard is reachable from ground level up a flight of 38 stairs, with carved sandstone mythical animal and Balinese folklore figure statues around the staircases and the central vestibule. The temple’s walls are also ornate with Chinese porcelain plates, which are a tribute to the historical relations between the local Bali kingdom and China.

Penglipuran Village
Penglipuran village is a beautiful highland village in the regency of Bangli in East Bali, best known for its well-preserved culture and village layout. While most of its residents have embraced modernity, its individual compounds are well-kept to look traditional with visitors in mind, with manicured gardens lining its single linear stone-paved street that runs through the centre of the village toward the village temple, and age-old arched entrance gates and walls that conceal their houses within.

Besakih is the biggest and holiest of the island's temples and is surrounded by breathtaking and scenic rice paddies, hills, mountains, streams, and more.

Rest Assured That You Are in Good Hands When You Travel with Dewa Alit!
My wife and I went to Bali for our honeymoon this past October. A friend of ours recommended that we reach out to Dewa, and she gave us his website. We are so incredibly happy that we found him because he really made our journey in Bali unforgettable. Dewa was such an amazing tour guide! We hired him for 3 days, and everything went perfectly. Here are some of the amazing qualities that Dewa has: 1 - Dewa is such a great listener. He will listen to all of the things that you want to do on your trip, and he will help you draft the perfect itinerary for your vacation. He also knows the island incredibly well, and he will make suggestions for things that you can fit in, or maybe do as an alternative option. And if he has a suggestion, you should probably just run with it. He recommended an amazing restaurant for us to go to for lunch. That lunch ended up being one of my favorite meals during our whole entire honeymoon, and it was incredibly affordable as well. 2 - Dewa's english is really good. In Bali, most people speak English. But some people are a lot better than others. Rest assured that Dewa is incredibly easy to communicate with. Not only that, but he has an amazing personality and he is fun to talk to! During our drives, I asked Dewa all about Balinese culture, and hinduism, and life, and it really made the moments of travel that much better. 3 - Dewa is an incredibly safe driver. Never in our 3 days did we have a single moment where we felt worried, or uncomfortable by his driving. Often times we took a brief nap because we knew we were in good hands! 4 - Lasty, I would just like to say that Dewa is extremely reliable. He is very punctual, and he is always on time. We hired Dewa to take us to the airport from the Ubud area super early in the morning. We planned to meet him around 4 AM at our hotel, and he was right on time to greet us. All in all, know that you are in good hands when you travel with Dewa Alit!

You won’t be disappointed
I’ve known Dewa for over 10 years and have used him for my visits to Bali and referred many friends on their visits to Bali. Never a negative experience. His English is great and he is kind and trustworthy. Will help you navigate through local villages, exchanging currency, trekking in the high country or special temple ceremonies. Knowledgeable trustworthy reliable friendly— he has become a personal friend over the years.

Best Guide in Bali
I have known Pak Dewa Alit 4 years ago and now back again to get in touch with him to take us around Bali. He is an amazing guide that I look forward to having him around and this time it was indeed nothing short of a great experience. He is very knowledgeable, well-spoken, always on the go as well as an amazing sense of humour. You will never get bored when you’re with him. Oh did I also mention he’s an AMAZING photographer as well. You don’t have to look any further for great pictures taken Thank you Pak Dewa Alit for the amazing few days and I hope to see you again in Bali !
