    Great visit

It was good to visit and take the photo. But I think we forget that it is a Temple . Too much emphasis on the photo taking and in a way not respecting the temple

    Beautiful photos at Lempuyang temple

The only downside was the wait at lempuyang temple, but that is out of our control and the tour guides control. There are hundreds of people from different parts of the world with different tour groups, that are all waiting to take photos. The wait was worth it though, to be 100% honest. Our driver was also very patient and friendly and would always go out of his way to make our experience the best and help us out. Also no better way to finish a long day than at the beach!

Response from the operator: Dear Duarteiv, Warm greetings from Dewata Memories Tours We really want to say thank you so much for choosing our product and writing such a great review for our product! We are all happy to know that you was enjoy your tour and had best experience! I will share your wonderful review to all of our team because we are always want to improve our tour services, I am sure your positive review will motivate us to be more better than before! Thanks again to sharing your positive comments, we hope to see you again on the next trip in Bali Best Regards, Dewata Memories Tours

Really is the gates of Heaven

We were fortunate to have Pande as our driver. His knowledge, professionalism , driving and sense of humour made it an exceptionally out. He was early for pick up, always dropped us right outside the activity. Our tour also included the king's baths and Blue Lagoon Snorkelling with Andre! Had an amazing day out, our best day in Bali yet! We highly recommend this provider as 5 star 💫!

Amazing trip with an amazing guide!

We had a wonderful day touring the temples, and swimming in the gorgeous Bali waters thanks to our wonderful guide, Santana! He picked us up right on time and took us to the Gate of Heaven, showing us and teaching us all about Balinese culture along the way. He took us for lunch at an amazing restaurant right on the beach, and was happy to stop wherever we wanted. He took pictures for us and answered all of our questions. This tour was so beautiful, relaxing, and enjoyable. My husband and I had a great day, and really enjoyed the time we spent with Santanu! I highly recommend this tour!

Response from the operator: Dear Awool1249, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experienced with Dewata Memories Tours. We will always strive to provide the best service to all of our customers, Thank you so much for your review, it is very much appreciated :) I hope we will have the opportunity to meet on another time,, thank you.. thank you.. thank you.. :) Best regards, DMT team

Full-Day Eastern Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Ubud.

How much does Full-Day Eastern Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple cost?

    +

Prices start at $26 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Ubud usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Full-Day Eastern Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple take?

    +

Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Ubud is not rushed.

Is Full-Day Eastern Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Ubud, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Full-Day Eastern Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Full-Day Eastern Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Full-Day Eastern Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple?

    +

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ubud can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ubud and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Full-Day Eastern Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Ubud within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Ubud?

    +

On Outty we rank every Ubud experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mount Batur Jeep Adventure, Best of Ubud Full-Day Tour with Jungle Swing, Full-Day Tour to Water Temples and UNESCO Rice Terraces in Bali. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Ubud?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Ubud?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
