Trip of a lifetime.
It’s really hard to put into words the gratitude I feel for having had such an amazing opportunity to explore the Peruvian culture. Everything from the organization to the execution went perfectly. Every connection and ticket was thoughtfully placed. Each meal we had was excellent. (Thanks to our chef). Augustine and Faustino welcomed us into their homes like family. Alex drove out of his way to pick us up in the rain). Amanda, who organized our tour, was patient and very thorough, she listened to our needs and was readily available, even for last minute changes. We were fortunate to have Simon as our guide and truly felt cared for like family. Simon not only paced us perfectly along the Inca trail and while climbing wayna Picchu. He focused the tour toward our interests, mysticism and spiritually of the people. He made our trip. Are you looking for an experience of a lifetime? Are you ready to share the genuine heart and love of the Peruvian people? Book this trip now (with Simon).

Muy increible, Totalmente recomendable.
Remembering to live again, there were excellent views throughout the journey. Inca Trail Machupicchu and waqrapukara were my favorite. It was a wonderful experience. Our Greek Guide helped us a lot in every detail.

Peru July 2022
My tour guide Oliver was FANTASTIC. He was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. He answered my endless curious questions. When I had altitude sickness he knew exactly what to do to help me. If I needed anything he made himself available to help. Thanks Oliver!

Beyond what I could imagine
I was pleasantly surprised at how well put together and an amazing this tour was! Our tour guide Oliver was with us several days and he literally became like family to us. His knowledge and care for Peru and the sites was astounding. He gave us great tips and insight as to where to eat, visit, and more. Me and my friends had an issue at the airport and our tour guide Oliver came in the late night to help take care of it. I really can’t imagine visiting Cusco and Peru without this company and especially without Oliver. I highly recommend!

Great Guide and Terrific Experience
This tour has been one of our best yet because Simon our guide was so knowledgeable and willing to tell us about different sites and cultural traditions as we passed through the country side and villages. We chose the tour as part of preparation for our Salkantay Trek to see how we'd go hiking at altitude, the ruins are at 3645 meters, I think this was a good plan. I would highly recommend this tour.
Response from the operator: Thanks for your review. We´re so happy that you enjoyed the tour and hike!

Full-Day Archaeological and Hiking Tour of the Sacred Valley from Cusco, Peru: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does Full-Day Archaeological and Hiking Tour of the Sacred Valley from Cusco, Peru cost?
+
Prices start at $189 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full-Day Archaeological and Hiking Tour of the Sacred Valley from Cusco, Peru take?
+
Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is Full-Day Archaeological and Hiking Tour of the Sacred Valley from Cusco, Peru worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full-Day Archaeological and Hiking Tour of the Sacred Valley from Cusco, Peru?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full-Day Archaeological and Hiking Tour of the Sacred Valley from Cusco, Peru suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 9-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Full-Day Archaeological and Hiking Tour of the Sacred Valley from Cusco, Peru?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full-Day Archaeological and Hiking Tour of the Sacred Valley from Cusco, Peru start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Full-Day Humantay Lake Trek (Meals Included), Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
