We continue the tour to the San Felipe fort also called "Castle" of San Felipe de Barajas, it is located on a hill called San Lázaro. Here we will enter the castle of San Felipe, keep in mind that the castle has tunnels, some with water, be careful when entering without lightning

tour bus Never came
This was a horrible experience!! We arrived 35 minutes before the tour. Checked in. And the bus never came. They said they sent me a WhatsApp but I didn’t have anything from them. We sat there in front of that hotel and never saw a bus. The hotel manager saw us when we arrived and he never saw a bus either. We called you guys to get a refund but the lady at viator kept lying and said I couldn’t get a refund. We couldn’t go the next day because we were leaving, the next day. I definitely would not refer anyone to use viator again. The manager talked to her and told me she agreed to give me a refund but I just checked and I still see where I’m being charged. This is Horrible!

Chiva tour 😟
The tour was okay but the experience from pick up was a nightmare. Nobody contact us the day before for confirm the trip, however we went to the place that we should be pick up and the lady didn’t found our reservation. We have to wait like a hour until they figure out the mistake and sent a new chiva for us under the hot weather. The tour was very basic not enough time in old city.

The experience is really nice if you wanna know the city. Temperature was extremely HOT. But the Guide Was So nice. Giving us a lot information about city and countries around

No service provided, no refund
I have requested a refund ($97 USD), but I haven’t received it. For this tour, I arrived at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance and contacted the personnel through the Viator app to identify the guide. I didn’t receive any reply. The only instruction on the app was to meet at the Clock Tower, but I didn’t see anyone there. Local guides spoke to me and tried to help me contact the guide for this tour. I got his WhatsApp number; I texted and called him, but there was no answer. In the end, I was charged for a service that the guide didn’t provide. I do not recommend this service because they charge you in situations like this.

The tour overall wasn’t bad. I got to see and learn a bit more about Cartagena. The biggest downfall is that the tour guide spoke more Spanish than English and it said bilingual.
