NO GO! Horrible organization — they left without me!
Run away! 0 customer service — pure scam. The address in the email takes you to the wrong location. Even after receiving the correct WhatsApp link, the meeting point was extremely difficult to find in one of Tokyo’s biggest stations (I walked 1,4km after the exit). They waited only about five minutes (7:05 instead of 7:00; 11h tour…) and left without me, even though I was just one street away. When I called the guide, Cora, her only response was, “We can’t wait.” No help, no directions, no attempt to understand the situation. To make matters worse, Viator was unable to issue me a refund because the tour operator refused to approve it. Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this company.
