A great way to visit Jerez and Cadiz in a limited amount of time.

Our trip started with a surprise, the guide and car didn't match the description sent. Once our guide verified his identity and that he was indeed OUR driver, the trip went off without a hitch. The car was comfortable and clean. The driver knew where he was going, was very friendly and loved the places he was sharing with us. We really enjoyed Jerez, though by doing our tour on Sunday, the Cathedral was busy with mass, and we contented ourselves with a tour of it's exterior and a view from the back. We didn't want to disrupt the service. Our stop at the Alcazar was very nice and educational. We didn't explore quite as much as we might have simply due to the very hot weather that day as well as feeling we wanted to save time for Cadiz itself. Cadiz was a bit of a surprise ... it felt much too touristy to us. We were visiting during a peak holiday so it might have been unusually busy. We enjoyed walking along the Atlantic seawall and the park along it. The fort (used in Game of Thrones) was also a good visit and our friend the GOT fan loved our photos of it. The final highlight was on the drive back to Sevilla, it was a very clear late afternoon and we could see Gibraltar in the distance, and unexpected bonus. We probably could have prepared ahead of time better as our driver really left things to us but we didn't know Jerez and Cadiz at all before our visit. We did get to see a great deal and we have a wonderful time and no disappointments at all. Note there were a few challenges with communication in English, but nothing Google translate could not resolve.

    Great trip, Great Guide!

Wonderful day exploring Jerez and Cadiz led by our guide, Ronald. We stopped at the Andalusian Equestrian School which is truly a hidden gem and a MUST stop for any visit. Ronald did a fantastic job explaining the highlights and history of various places in the cities. He is fluent in both Spanish and English. Especially when you're spending an entire day with a guide, you want someone who is easy to talk to and who answers questions. This is Ronald, who made our day fun and interesting. I highly recommend him for any tour you may be taking!!
