Convento San Bernardo
This beautiful colonial-era building is among the most typical in Salta, it is one of the oldest buildings in the city and the only one of its kind in the country. Its construction dates back to 1586, it was not until 1726 that it was enabled as a “San Andrés” hospital and later this facility became part of the “Las Carmelitas” cloistered nun convent.
