    Worst tour EVER!

Don't waste your money. We booked a full day tour and got 2 half day tours put together. We were taken back to Nice our starting point before lunch and spent over 1.5 hours driving around dropping off am passengers and picking up pm passengers. No time was allocated for us to have lunch. The driver gave zero commentary and when asked questions clearly knew nothing. We questioned about what looked like ruins of a Aqua duct and he said he didn't know. A Google search revealed it was a fairly significant ruin. The driver drove very erratic and the speed alarm was continually going off, I noticed him doing 130km in an 80 zone. Another passenger kept telling him to keep both hands on the wheel. He also was continually on his phone. At one stage his boss rang regarding another passengers complaint and spoke to him in a very confronting manner whilst we could hear. He then rang these peoples hotel looking for them and told the desk people to tell them he would be around that evening to confront them. So don't waste your money on this very unprofessional outfit.

Response from the operator: First we thank you for taking time and providing us your valuable feedback. These feedback really helps us to improve further in our journey towards customer excellence, customer safety and customer satisfaction while ensuring that we take necessary corrective actions after thorough investigations. but It s not necessary to go on itch plaform to vent your discontent .. one time is enough , The tour offered to you was a full day tour ( combination of 2 half tours), at the same time it is a shared tour and not a private tour so we had to drop some of the customers during the half day and some others while we move to our next destination which is entirely in the opposite direction. The drivers are well aware of speeds limits in the French riviera region, your car dashboard and shared screen may shows different speed limits from time to time. We have realized many times clients do get very anxious, worried while ascending to pre-alps mountains and we crosschecked, the person who was getting psychologically terrified is renowned doctor from USA and he appreciated the chauffeur all through the journey, we are closely in touch with him. We also realized you were taken well cared on all visiting spots, despite of the fact you had problems in walking and are depending on supports for walking, you are on around 10 weeks tour which is really impressive at this age and with such physical fitness, we really appreciate this spirit of courage. However, you had visited the toilets and were shown several times, you were suggested to eat quick sandwiches etc. Finally you were taken to quick resto near Grasse Factory as you were not carrying any edibles with you. In short both of you were given special treatment and supported in all possible way being the senior most passenger during the day. We came to know that you were even shown some interesting spots which were not at all scheduled. These tours are not private and are shared tours which are time bound, if we take one hour of restaurant break, it breaks the rhythm of the whole tour and that’s not the goal. We reinstate that we always go extra mile to ensure that customer satisfaction and safety is our top priority but politely suggest you to please carry some edibles which will help you as and when required. Once again, we wish you great rest of your 10 weeks tour, have a safe and healthy trip ahead.

    Very good

If you want to see a lot by car, it's worth it. There is little time to stop at destinations, especially in Antibes, which was our favorite place. The guide Marlon was excellent!

This was well worth the money! You get to see multiple cities and explore without the hassle of traveling. The van picks you up and drops you off at you hotel, drops you in city centers and is comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

    Great driver, great day out.

Our driver Marine was fantastic. How she negotiated those winding roads and small towns, whilst giving us information along the way, was amazing. She was safe, careful, informative and friendly. She also went above and beyond in organising an airport transfer for me for the following day. We saw so many places in just one day, all spectacular. It was a huge day and she was still driving us back to our hotels at nearly 7pm. A most memorable day, made more so by Marine!!!

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
