Avoid
I do not recommend. Believe the other reviews that say it was confusing. No one ever met us at the meeting place (Bar Picnic). They send an email that says here’s your ferry tickets. It’s a bar code to go and redeem for tickets. No direction whatsoever so ever! They give you a one page list of ideas to do. No actual itinerary. What you’re paying for is for them to get you ferry tickets which you can do on your own. Not worth it!

I visited Sorrento and Capri in one day with this agency , what can I say, excellent organization and assistance , helpful and kind with many suggestions for visits to do on site ! I highly recommend!

DO IT YOURSELF!
Deceiving trip description- buy the ferry tickets yourself! It said a MAX of 30 people. Instead, we rode ferry w -500-700 other people. The “suggested itinerary” was a typed single sheet of touristy ideas sent via email, which contained the same highlights if you goggled it yourself. Later, calculated the ferry prices ourselves & would have been HALF the price. Lesson learned! Sorrento & Capri both gorgeous 👍

Not worth it no guide
Naples the meeting place was not clear per the ticket place when they sent us somewhere else. I called to find tour guide there wasn’t one instead we would meet in Sorrento. Lady on phone was able to get us tickets talking to ferry boat ticket counter. We had no luck on our own. In Sorrento never saw our tour guide. Walked on our own. No one in Capri either. It would have been cheaper to buy our own tickets. Very misleading the description. Each place cost more to taxi around.

I loved it and Samuele was so kind to me. I was late for the first trip to Sorrento, I called the company and they made me the problem. They sent to Samuel to help me buy another ticket in Sorrento and after and after enjoy the rest of the experience. I liked very much Sorrento, the city and the beach and also goats.
