    Anniversary trip 22 years

We really enjoyed this tour. Since we had limited time, having transportation and guidance made the experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. The team was very organized and did an excellent job keeping everyone on schedule and informed — no small task with a large group, ourselves included! The boat was comfortable, and they provided helpful information about the coastline and suggestions for what to do during our stops. I wouldn’t necessarily describe it as a fully guided walking tour in each town, but more of a well-organized coastal experience with clear timetables and enough free time to explore on your own. One of the things we loved most was learning about the region itself — the Amalfi Coast is famous for its lemons and truly feels like the lemon capital of the world. The towns were filled with beautiful linen shops, handmade sandals, ceramics, and charming local boutiques in both Positano and Amalfi. If you enjoy hiking, don’t miss Valle dei Mulini (Valley of the Mills) in Amalfi. It’s a more secluded escape from the crowded streets and leads to beautiful viewpoints, waterfalls, and a wooded picnic area. Honestly, it would even be worth grabbing lunch and hiking up for a peaceful picnic away from the tourist crowds. It ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our visit. Because it’s impossible to see everything in one day, I definitely recommend choosing the Amalfi and Positano option. It was a beautiful experience and a great way to experience the coast efficiently.

What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Naples?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Naples?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
