    If convenience is a priority

It was definitely nice having a private, chauffeured tour - especially during the heatwave. Our tour guide was average. She didn’t explain any interesting facts going to Pisa or back. She talked about key points during the actual tour but I could have read it online. The plus of having a tour guide is the convenience factor. On a hot day, in an unknown place, it’s great to have someone who knows the area and process. If you’re looking for convenience - this is the way to go. Otherwise, it seems like a fairly easy trip to do on your own.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you appreciated the comfort and convenience of the private chauffeured experience, especially during such extreme summer temperatures. We’re sorry, however, that the guiding portion did not fully meet your expectations. Our licensed guides are selected for their knowledge and experience, and their role is not only to share historical information but also to help guests navigate the destination smoothly, manage timing, and make the visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. We understand that every guest has different expectations regarding the depth and style of commentary, and we appreciate your observations as they help us continue improving our service. We’re glad that the convenience, local assistance, and private transportation added value to your day, and we thank you for choosing to travel with us.

What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Florence?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
