Awful ! Extremely badly organized ! No help at all.
We went to the meeting point address but it was in the middle of nowhere. We never received the link that was supposed to give us the information. We call the the « support » phone number, nobody answered and it was a week day ! It was awful !
Response from the operator: We are very sorry to hear you had this problem. Unfortunately some emails between our database and Tripadvisor clients don't come through correctly. We are working hard on this. Our customer service is available but being bases in the Central European time zone, there might have been a time difference.

How far in advance should I book Fort Collins' Old Town and River District city game?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Fort Collins and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Fort Collins?
+
Fort Collins, CO packs its best experiences into walkable neighborhoods, local food, and day trips nearby. Outty ranks every bookable tour and activity in Fort Collins by rating quality, review depth, booking demand and value, so you can see the standouts before you book. On Outty we rank every Fort Collins experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Guided 3-Hour Fort Collins Old Town Food Tour, Guided Hiking Tours near Fort Collins, Fort Collins Ghost Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Fort Collins?
+
Spring and fall bring the best weather and lighter crowds in Fort Collins, while summer has the widest choice of tours and evening activities. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Fort Collins?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
