Highly recommend! Skip the line is true.

You must buy this ticket if you want to see the Duomo in a timely manner. They were super diligent in sending the tickets, explaining how to get there and answering any questions. Follow their timed recommendations and enjoy. We were so happy to have this ticket.

    Wouldn’t recommend for this tour.

Directions for meeting were not clear and there were massive amounts of people and multiple groups. We called the tour guide who told us to hurry to the meeting place and when we got there they left. I called Biator and was told it was the tourist the day (at 1pm). Found another company who was much more accommodating. So now..I have paid DOUBLE for the tour. Would NOT recommend Viator for this. They were rude and said “everyone else found the group”. The Guide was not helpful at all when I called but another company was much more helpful. The Duomo is Florence is quite crowded and the designated meeting spot was not easy to find.

    Well worth the money!

Well worth the money. Spent 4 days in Florence visiting my daughter who's in college. I spent three days looking at the extremely long ques in the people standing un the heat of the sunshine. Eventually after going on to TripAdvisor for another reason, I found that you could book a time and pay to get in quicker. Got to see it in all its glory in plenty of time. My only grip was the meeting point to get your entry ticket. Waiting outside a shop for someone to arrive with an A4 sign with the names of all the sites you can book on. At one point I thought I had been scamed. Surly this system can be made better. Apart from that it was well worth the money . Totally recommend it.

    Poor.

Very disappointing. The Duomo is being refurbished preventing seeing much of the cathedral. One guest wasn’t allowed in due to her bag having 2 straps. It was a small fashion bag which she carried on her shoulder.

    Avoid this vendor!

Avoid this tour! It is not a way to avoid the very long lines. It is not a fast tract option. The timed entry that you are buying doesn’t mean you get to avoid the long lines to the venue. It is also very confusing and hard to find the tour group to even get your tickets! I’ve asked viator for a refund but thus far they are refusing. Very misleading description and I would avoid at all costs! It also is very disappointing that viator is not listening to my account of our experience.
