    A lot of renovations...

A lot of renovations taking place and very disappointing. Fountains were not on and sculptures were covered. Recommend you check in advance if completed and be prepared for a lot of walking

Response from the operator: Dear Deborah K, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the ongoing renovations affected your experience. Please note that renovation and restoration works at the attraction are mentioned in the tour information, as these works are beyond our control. We appreciate your feedback and hope to provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future.

    Gardens under construction

A large part of the gardens are under construction so not much to see. Signage confusing. A lot of hassle for very little return.

Response from the operator: Dear Anne K, Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you had a smooth and enjoyable visit. The restoration work is managed directly by the attraction and is unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate your feedback on it.

Beautiful park but shouldn’t be at a cost

Beautiful park however not worth the cost and much of it was closed off for renovation. This must be outlined before purchasing tickets to avoid feeling like you’ve been cheated .. more beautiful parks around the world are free . Consider putting shopping outlets to raise money or non mandatory donations, rather than a ticket to a park which is largely comparable to global free parks, albeit very pretty

Response from the operator: Dear Donna A, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Upon reviewing your comments, we would like to clarify that our service includes not only admission to the park but also a digital audio tour, the convenience of advance reservation, the ability to skip the ticket purchase queue, booking management, and customer support assistance. Regarding the renovation work, this information is mentioned in the additional product details before booking, as certain areas of the garden are undergoing improvements to enhance the overall visitor experience and we appreciate your feedback.

Null Very expensive, more than the real price. Gardens abandoned. No audio guide. Viator not recommended.

Response from the operator: Dear Elizabeth C, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would also like to clarify that our service includes admission tickets, a digital audio guide, the convenience of advance reservation, booking management, and customer support assistance. Great view

Beautiful grounds and views . A little bit hilly, tough for 70 year olds. The heat was extraordinary hot and make sure to take plenty of water to hydrate. There was a lot of construction going on as well so no fountains working which takes away from the experience

Response from the operator: Dear Randy S, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the stunning views. We also appreciate your comments regarding the hilly terrain, the hot weather, and the restoration work affecting some of the fountains. These maintenance activities are managed by the attraction and are undertaken to help preserve this historic site. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we hope to welcome you again for an even better experience in the future.

Florence Boboli Gardens Entry Ticket with Audio Guide: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.

How much does Florence Boboli Gardens Entry Ticket with Audio Guide cost?

    +

Prices start at $22 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Florence Boboli Gardens Entry Ticket with Audio Guide take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.

Is Florence Boboli Gardens Entry Ticket with Audio Guide worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 39 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (1.8/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Florence Boboli Gardens Entry Ticket with Audio Guide?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Florence Boboli Gardens Entry Ticket with Audio Guide suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Florence Boboli Gardens Entry Ticket with Audio Guide?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Florence Boboli Gardens Entry Ticket with Audio Guide start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Florence?

    +

On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici -by a storyteller, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class with Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Florence?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Florence?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
