Great experience
Overall a great experience and excellent communication throughout about the tickets. One is emailed and the other you collect on the day. I had no issues using my tickets and thoroughly enjoyed both places. My only problem was the time slots. One was 9:00 and the other was 11:00 so due to the walk in between I didn’t get as much time as I would have liked at the first one, bear this in mind when you book.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, thank you for your review. We are pleased that the experience was fantastic and that communication and tickets were managed smoothly. We are sorry for the tight timing between visits and will take your comment into account. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

Very disappointing tour experience
Most of the experience was a total waste of money. Could not get the Uffizi audio tour downloaded, could not get help from Accord at the museum so just walked and read. Could not get the Taste of Tuscan food voucher and was supposed to be emailed to me and did not receive that. Basically for the Uffizi, the tour bought me nothing. At the Academia, the Accord woman was extremely helpful, got the correct audio tour downloaded for me , got the voucher for the Taste of Tuscan food, but Accademia entry was for 2:00 pm and the Taste of Tuscan place closed at 3 pm, so no way to do both. Extremely disappointing and really felt ripped off and played. Overall paid roughly 3 times the entry fee for the museums and got little else in return. Would not recommend this particular experience to anyone, even if it works out. Can get an audio tour self guided in the museum for 6 euros. Save your money!
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the day before the visit we send an information email containing all the instructions to download the audio guide and all the necessary details. Furthermore, the tasting does not expire on the same day and can be used on another day. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

Disorganized
Felt disorganized. Basically gets u in the door skip the line. Then u are on your own. Massive crowds by midday. Lots of tours creating congestion. 20 minute walk between venues. Requires data and using your own phone.
Response from the operator: Dear Patrick, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry if some aspects of the tour didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few things. Our on-site staff is always present to assist guests in finding the correct line at the entrance, which we know can sometimes be confusing, especially during peak hours, when larger crowds and security checks may cause some additional waiting, even with skip-the-line access. This is exactly why we’re there: to make sure everything starts off as smoothly as possible. We’ve also carefully structured the tour schedule to allow enough time to walk between venues. While both museums are located in the historic center of Florence, it’s true that reaching them on foot takes a few minutes, around 15 to 20 depending on your pace, but this is generally manageable and gives guests a chance to enjoy the city along the way. As for the audio app, we always recommend downloading it in advance using a Wi-Fi connection. Once installed, it works completely offline, without the need for mobile data. Of course, since it’s an app, it does need to be downloaded onto your own device. We appreciate your feedback , it helps us improve and gives future travelers a clearer idea of what to expect. We would be happy to welcome you again in Florence and enjoy its beauty. Warm regards, ACCORD Team

Uffizi Gallery Guide
It's a good journey, the rendezvous point is a little hard to find, there's a Chinese speaker, the guide will also talk about something beyond the content, but due to time constraints can't go into the tour, slightly regret.
Response from the operator:

Florence Accademia and Uffizi Tickets with Multilingual Audio App: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.
How much does Florence Accademia and Uffizi Tickets with Multilingual Audio App cost?
+
Prices start at $33 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Florence Accademia and Uffizi Tickets with Multilingual Audio App take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.
Is Florence Accademia and Uffizi Tickets with Multilingual Audio App worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 43 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (2.8/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Florence Accademia and Uffizi Tickets with Multilingual Audio App?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Florence Accademia and Uffizi Tickets with Multilingual Audio App suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Florence Accademia and Uffizi Tickets with Multilingual Audio App?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Florence Accademia and Uffizi Tickets with Multilingual Audio App start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
