    Cooking in Hoi An

This was a highlight of our Vietnam holiday. I love the model of a Hotel and Spa that has it own organic farm that supplies the restaurant. It is the venue for the farm to table cooking experience as well as providing employment for workers and other staff. Learn about traditional local foods and cook two full meals under the guidance of a chef. A truely wonderful day. Fantastic value and completely enjoyable. 5 stars +

Response from the operator: Dear Jack S, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled that your farm-to-table experience at Caman Village was a highlight of your Vietnam holiday. It means a lot to know you enjoyed learning about our organic garden, local ingredients, and cooking with our team. Thank you for the amazing 5 stars+ — we hope to welcome you back one day! An amazing place

What an amazing experience ! The staff are happy and knowledgeable and also very proud of the opportunity they give to visitors. Our chef Loi was so kind and explained all the herbs and ingredients to us, most of which is grown on site. We couldn't eat everything we cooked so they boxed it up and we shared it with our Vietnamese friends in the evening, they loved it !

Response from the operator: Dear Dognoodle1, Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re delighted that you enjoyed your time at Caman Village, especially the fresh herbs and ingredients from our garden. Chef Loi will be very happy to hear your kind words. And we love that you shared your cooking with your Vietnamese friends afterwards — such a wonderful way to end the experience! Best Regards, Vien Ha General Manager
